We were surprised that you had to pay for parking.

Room was not ready way after checkin slot, also the next day we went for breakfast and upon return room door wouldn’t open, we had to wait for a maintenance personnel to fully open & remove lock. I would have wanted a coupon or something as an apology. Other than that room was very clean and beds were comfy

Great hotel in a nice spot, everything was good except hot tub was Luke warm and lots of chemicals. Pool was fine.

This hotel was a great stopover on our way to Austin. The front desk staff was really nice!!

The place seemed cleaned but the room was not as crisp as other Courtyards I've visited. The bathroom was not well cared for either.

Not clean. Toilet was dirty inside and out. There was urine on the floor. We checked in late and since we have young children we decided to clean the bathroom ourselves and not have the hassle of changing rooms. When I wiped down the floor it didn’t appear to have been cleaned for a very long time. The tile is dark and on a white towel it left black dirt and grime. We had to ask for sheets for the pull out couch and had to go to the desk to get swim towels. They were given without a problem it was just a hassle to keep going back to the front desk. $12 for parking is ridiculous and not posted anywhere on hotels.com.

At checkin I was charged $12 for parking . This fee was not disclosed and was ridiculous. I have never needed to pay for parking at such a hotel. No garage, no valet, just standard issue parking lot. Shower was tiny. I have seen larger showers in an RV. Room coffee was not sufficently supplied and there was no curtesy coffee in the lobby. Had to pay $4 for a morning coffee. Will never stay here again.

Staff were great and easy to work with. Our room had trash on the floor but otherwise it was clean. We got in late and our room was 85 degrees when we got in. The tv also did not work. Remote would light up but it just would not turn on. Breakfast was nice.

It was an amazing stay - clean, safe and polite. Front desk made sure everything was to my liking and if I needed anything else for my stay.
