Beaches Turks & Caicos - ALL INCLUSIVE

This is the best place to go in you have children. There is so much to do. Sailing an amazing beach, water park, games, mini golf, shuffle board, tennis, pickle ball and entertainment. The staff is very nice and caring. The place is incredibly clean. Specific shout out to Alex our tennis instructor and Michelle and Dorel who kept our Key West room spotless. We unfortunately had to visit the nurse, I do not know her name, but she was wonderful Our butlers Ruoan and Johnny went above and beyond The entertainment staff is also terrific Comments We were there with grandchildren and having the best 3 resturants as adult only was tough, we had to eat in shifts. Please rethink that. Also the Key West rooms need updating. The blinds are broken and light gets in in the morning. It would be nice to have pads on the beach chairs like the other hotels have

We just returned from another incredible week at Beaches Turks & Caicos, our 4th visit to this amazing resort — and we’ve already booked our 5th trip for next year! This trip was especially meaningful as my wife and I celebrated our 10th anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony. It was truly magical and made even more special by having our two boys share that moment with us. The resort’s team made everything effortless and memorable — a day we’ll never forget. Although the weather wasn’t ideal this time (the red flag was up most of the week), it didn’t slow our boys down one bit. They still made the most of the ocean, pools, and water park, which continue to be highlights every year. As they grow, it’s fun to see how each trip becomes a new kind of adventure — though one constant is their love for ordering piña coladas (virgin, of course!). We missed out on our Captain’s Table reservation at Schooners due to rain, but we’ll try again next year. We enjoyed several restaurants during our stay — Soy, the sushi spot, was probably our favorite this time around. While we love the variety of activities, dining options, and friendly staff (shout out to Jeane, now serving up drinks in The Dive food truck, as she remembers us each year and was amazed at how the boys have grown), the real reason we keep coming back is Grace Bay itself. Even on cloudy days, it’s absolutely breathtaking — a true paradise that never loses its magic. We’re already counting down the days until our next visit!

Beach is great. However, the resort boasts 20 something restaurants but does not have the capacity to accommodate its guests. Wait times were above 1h20 to get a seat so you need to end up at the buffets after the kids are crying. Every seat at the pool and beach is pre-reserved by butlers only for nobody to show up. Little hint, just move the Butler reservations. Nobody will ever show up to claim them…

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrive shortly after hurricane Melissa, and even though many of the staff’s families were impacted by it, they still continue to serve us with a smile. OK Nathalie at Reflections and Lynda in housekeeping went out of their way to help us. They remembered our special requests and always had a friendly smile.

Our fourth visit to Beaches, Turks and Caicos!! Love this resort!! Our fifth visit is booked! Traveled this year when Hurricane Melissa was due to hit. Thankfully Melissa turned. The staff was prepared if she did hit. Prayers to all the people in Jamaica that were not as lucky. Definately many new faces on the entertainment team. Miss many of the old staff but welcome the new!! Very happy to still see Jerina on staff. She always makes us feel at home! How she remembers us after all the people she meets from week to week amazes me. Kenton was also a pleasure. It was great getting to know him and hope we get to meet up again. Also a shout out to Shemica who worked some magic for us when we were rebooting our trip.

Amazing family trip. Ages from 3 to 56 years old all enjoyed the stay. Beautiful beach with clear waters. No shortage of restaurant choices and things to do. Resort is well maintained and beautiful. Thank you to Naomi from loyalty for making the trip extra special.

I love the Beaches! it was my third year in a row there. Starting at the top, Orville runs a great property. It is immaculate place. Just a short walk down the beach is an excellent place to snorkel. The food is great at all the different restaurants. David was an excellent server at Sapodillas, Simone rocked it bartending at the Italian Village. Wood was great at Guiseppies. Jomo handles the crowd at the swim up bar at the French Village like a pro. The entertainment is good!!!! Mario does an excellent job. The dancers are outstanding, Andris, Dialdo, Roshane and the others. The Fire show is amazing. The parade night was great, along with the market. Let me not forget other employees Jean, Madeline, Delano. These people work very hard to make sure you have a great vacation. I hope to be back next year!

Neptunes restaurant Jessica was the best server. Food was excellent and she handled our large party of 17 very well. Would recommend both the restaurant and Jessica as your server

Review 2025 We have just returned from an 11 night stay and had a wonderful, relaxing time. We were in Caribbean room 353 (Honeymoon King) was a good size for four of us and had a beautiful view of Cascades pool and the ocean. Staff overall were excellent and we were offered complimentary nights if our flights home were delayed due to Melissa which is exceptional (but they sadly the flight was not delayed). Stand out staff for us were Tamoya at the Caribbean reception, Ativa from Schooners, Michael and Aldan (who taught my son Will to dive) from the water sports and Sheldon C at Petit chateau. Ocean was beautiful but choppy and 2 out of 12 days were red flag which was disappointing but my son was able to get open water padi certified on the first week which was excellent. Pools were beautiful but a little cloudy sometimes. The hot tubs were lovely but some were just too hot to use and a little dangerous for that reason in my opinion. My favourite pools were the French and Cascades. My children’s favourite was Iguanas due to the water volleyball. Food was average to good overall, repetitive after 11 days and not exceptional anywhere but always found something to enjoy. My favourite restaurants were Schooners and Le Petit Chateau. The alcoholic drinks were strong if you ask for them to be. Grounds and sunsets are simply stunning. Return guest lunch at Mario’s was not a great due to the venue being split level so felt disjointed and too long. Comparison to Beaches Negril - we have been to Negril twice and overall prefer Beaches Negril (which is just a personal choice as we prefer the calmer ocean, smaller feel, some of the restaurants and the exceptional manager). That does not mean to say we didn’t love Beaches Turks and Caicos as well but we will likely go back to Negril in the future. Tips: take time to orientate yourself as it’s a large resort and it’s good to make the most out of each ‘village’ and what it has to offer. Try as many of the restaurants as you can.

We had a great time during our second stay at beaches turks and caicos. This was definitely low season for them as we never had problems finding chairs in the shade whether it be at the beach or the pool. Beach was mostly yellow or red flags while we were there but we enjoyed going out in the waves. We frequented the Italian and French pools. Service at the bar was usually prompt even though they were quite busy. My son is 6 and we went to the sesame shows most nights. He loved the Halloween show. We did not use kids club as he wanted to hang with us but it always looked like the kids were having a great time. Staff overall were friendly and helpful. Only issue we had was trying to get into soy after the sesame show was a 45 minute wait despite numerous open tables. We went at opening a few nights earlier and the place was filled so not sure if they were just short staffed that evening Spreaking of food, we loved yoyo's and Jojo's. So fun for everyone getting froyo. The pizza at Dino's was fantastic. Bayside breakfast was always good. The only real disappointment was Reflections buffet for dinner our first night. We usually do a la carte for dinner but had spent extra time at the beach and didn't think our son could wait for a meal to be cooked. It was Asian themed food. I think if we had eaten it when it was first put out it had the potential to be good, but by the time we ate (around 7) it was quite dry and not very good. Overall the stay was good, but the resort is starting to show some need of repairs in the common areas, specifically the Italian pool. Many places where tiles are chipped. Our room had a leaky faucet and duct taped sides of our coffee table and the table on the patio had also seen better days. For the price of this resort I feel like things like this should be addressed in a more timely manner. Overall, we didn't let the hiccups get us down and booked another trip but not for a few years. Hopefully some updates will be made by then. The beach is enough to bring you back again and again. It is stunning.
