"Average Place for Top dollar"

6.0

Just like the title states. Average place for one of the most expensive all inclusives around. Let me explain. I don’t want to just complain without reason. We don’t mind paying for something exceptional. The grounds are very beautiful with all the plant life and the beach and ocean is some of the best. My family and I have now have stayed at many all inclusives in the Caribbean. So when we booked Beaches Turks and Caicos we were very excited. The over all feeling of the place is that you are bothering the employees when you ask them for anything. I would say 80/20. 80% of the time the staff was rude and would eye roll or would barely acknowledge you with the other 20% being truly awesome but over shadowed by the other 80%. When we arrived at the resort some people got a nice warm cloth but not us and not some other people. The luggage wasn’t delivered to the room so we had to go down and get it ourselves so we could change and hit the beach. The room was not very clean with sporadic towels. Some days we would have some and others the cleaning people I guess forgot. It’s stuff like this that was constant throughout which gets real old fast. There was zero service on the beach…..yes at Beaches there is no service on the beach. When you would make the trek to the bar you hoped you didn’t get the angry one again. The service at every other all inclusive we have went to that cost less was amazing. Also if you have children under 12 the top three restaurants are off limits unless someone watches your children. So, no fillet mignon for you. The final supper at Arizonas which is an awesome place for lunch was interesting. The food took forever to come out which we never experienced on the trip yet which was fine. When it came out it was just the protein. My daughter ordered chicken and fries and my son ordered the steak and baked potato. No fries or potato. They told us after it came out that they were out of baked potatoes and fries. Just another thing to make the experience oh so pleasant! So double the price for half the experience you could get somewhere else. We were beside a family on the beach that has been there a few times and they said they will never go back again. Beaches Turks and Caicos you let us down and I see why you block this website on your resort wifi. Yes it’s blocked.

"Paradise"

10.0

I just came back from my 17th. visit to Turks&Caicos and it was like coming home. From my amazing butlers Moses& Aide who take care of my family and I with love and support . My grandson got certified in scuba diving and his instructor Aldeen was fantastic, he was kind, supportive and knowledgeable. If you need photos Romaine is your go to, he takes the most incredible pictures that are beautiful memories. The staff is great, rooms beautiful and the the weather is rarely affected by hurricanes. I am booked for 3 more trips . If you haven’t been here you need to visit. You will love it!!!

"Pools too cold."

6.0

I think the other reviews do a good job at singing the virtues of this resort as a good all inclusive with a great beach and decent food. I spent a lot of time in the pool. With the exception of the Italian Village, I thought the pools were too cold. I could hear other guests and even 1 staff member make the same claim. For what you're paying, I think they could have at lest heated the pools to a comfortably warm temperature. I would have given 4 or 5 stars had they done this.

"First Beaches Visit"

10.0

First trip to a Beaches resort and have to say, they are experts at handling families. We traveled with our own kids plus their respective families; 6 adults plus 3 young grandkids altogether. Size of our party drove us into a butler villa (4VO) and we didn't regret it one bit - perfect square footage and awesome amenities for the entire week-long stay. In typical Sandals/Beaches fashion, the staff took care of us from arrival through departure. Ride from the airport was short and comfortable - took about 15 minutes - they split the party into 2 full size SUVs for the arrival trip and all of us in a single, large Mercedes van for the trip back to the airport. Our butler met us as our transfers arrived at the resort, and we didn't have to touch our luggage again until we made it to our villa. Check-in was a breeze; all accomplished in the comfort of our own villa. The butler then gave us a quick run-down on all the services and offerings then turned us loose on the resort. It was a wonderful time - everything was clean and well-managed by a friendly and caring resort staff. Meals were all awesome everywhere we went. Luckily, our villa was right next door to Bayside for the mornings we opted for a buffet, and equally close to Neptune's which offered a marvelous sit-down menu - steak & eggs were a real hit there! Although we never needed to worry about going hungry thanks to timely snack deliveries by our butler team, we tried several venues for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend Arizona's for lunch. Their buffet was awesome - gyros, burgers, hot dogs, ribs, steak, tacos - they had it all and everything was fresh and hot. For dinner, Schooner's, Kimono's and Mario's were our favorites, but again - there was great food everywhere which made it easy to find meals for fussy kid tastes. The food trucks were a big hit with the grands. When our stay was over, the staff again pulled together to get us (and our luggage) checked out of the resort and off to catch our return flights. Again, we didn't even have to mess with our luggage until they delivered us safely at the airport. I simply can't capture the range and great quality of all the amenities, restaurants and activities on the resort, but just like our Sandals experiences, the staff made it all special. First, need to thank our butlers, Ashuli and Dominique - these guys are pros and took wonderful care of us - everything from snack deliveries, meal reservations, holding cabanas and beach chairs, even surprise deliveries of ice cream and cookies for the grandkids; they were both just truly wonderful guys. Like any resort, you'll have your favorite bartenders, but can't say enough good things about Seandee, Junior and Andrew. These guys were all attentive, friendly and skilled mixologists - again, all really great guys! One of our favorite waiters for the entire trip was Jeron in Neptune's. This guy was a rock star - outgoing, funny and an extremely capable server. I have to say, if management is looking for butler candidates, they couldn't make a better pick than Jeron! He's simply awesome. Finally, I'd like to thank Bernadette and Rodeline from the spa staff for the kindness they showed our grandkids at the children's glitter tattoo stand. They were really nice to the kids who enjoyed the heck out of the tattoos they sported for the duration of our stay. All said - Beaches Turks & Caicos runs a class act. The resort itself is beautiful, clean and full of great attractions for both kids and adults. Food and drink offerings are equally impressive - not one bad experience the whole time. And finally, the staff is tremendous. Wish I could call out everyone we encountered, but they were all great. Not sure how any of the Beaches resorts can top the Turks & Caicos experience! Well done by all. Thanks for a great getaway!

"After 15 yearly trips, twice the last 2 years, we are finally moving on and it’s sad, but it’s just not the same."

6.0

Let me start by saying this was our home away from home! We just returned from our 15th trip over the last 13 years. We would go yearly, twice the last 2 years. There was no other vacation my teens kids ever wanted, then to be with their Turks “family.” After the last few trips, we’ve seen a huge decline in service and an even big huge decline in personality and eager to work from the employees. I get all the new resorts on the island opening up, but rather than staying and being grumpy and complaining about the company, move along. There is as no pep in many employees steps. We felt like they wanted to get fired. I will praise the entertainment crew… Romain, Mario, Andris, anrico and o’Ryan! All were more than happy, wanting to engage in activities and positive energy in general. Our yearly photographer, Monkey Dawg, the only photographer who has shot my family, as I am a photographer. He’s the best of the best and will continue being our photographer, even if it’s not in a warm setting. As far as bar and restaurant staff…. my list is usually a few dozen people deep, but no longer. Jean (dive bar), Omar+shanice (kimonos), Andrew+michele (Arizonas), Floyd (iguanas), alex+gabby+byron (circle), Francis (hopped around to bars), and preki (pool bar)…. Nigel (kimonos) is always awesome (our first hibachi chef 13 yrs ago) along with some servers who are always so welcoming to us (Bob+marlon). Manager David at sapodillas was a new fav of ours as he was always hustling and wanting to help his servers. The best of the best over all these years is Daniel Dennis who we’ve known for 11 years. He always ensures we are happy, willing to help and continues to keep in touch after our trip, along with village manager Sheldon. The grounds continue to be gorgeous! It’s easy access to and from the airport! The villages are slowly getting a revamp, key west really in need as our shades were mostly broken, even in the shower. Food options are plentiful and always something for everyone. Only thing I wish is they had more snack options in the afternoons that were easy access and self service. The beach service is non existent, which isn’t fun. I feel many more would relax beachside if they had beach service. All in all, it’s an awesome resort as that’s why we’ve slept here over 118 nights and have been there 15 times. But I will say, the changes over the last few trips haven’t been favorable, leading to even my kids asking to change things up which we’ve never heard before. They used to live for beaches Turks. Many. Many memories we had there…. But I think we are finally are going to expand our horizons and seek other areas. It’s saddens me, big time.

"Wonderful trip"

10.0

We stayed here in November of 2025. The resort is beautiful. We love the fact that it is all inclusive, so all of your food/alcohol are included. If you don't want to shop, you don't have to spend at all once you arrive. Grace Bay Beach is stunning and a main reason for staying here. I would never want to come back to TCI and not want to stay on Grace Bay Beach. Staff was kind and helpful. A staff member successfully assisted with getting balloons for our birthday child, another staff member was great with calling me a trustworthy taxi/arranging transportation to go shopping off of the resort. Everyone was helpful with directions, as if it's your first time arriving and the resort is big, you may not know where to go. There are friendly cats in some of the restaurants. We loved Schooners for fresh seafood on the beach, and their staff was super kind. Kimonos also has very good food. Our family photos came out good. We also went parasailing and booked a snorkeling and iguana Island tour that we were happy with. I did not encounter anyone that was actually unkind or not happy to be there. For children, they have Sesame St shows, a playground, multiple swimming pools, a kids' swim up bar, a game room, a water park, a street parade. The amenities are hard to beat for families. If you can venture out to the salt mills plaza, local shopping is super nice; very artistic jewelry and art shops down that way. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning on coming back the year after next year. (Next year we had already booked extensive travel plans). We will be back.

"A family trip to remember forever!"

10.0

Beaches Turks & Caicos was a perfect trip for our family. We had ages from 62 to 2 and everyone loved every second of our trip! The restaurants and bars worked perfectly for the adults and the Sesame Street entertainment brought smiles, laughter, dancing and fun to our 2 year old granddaughter. Everything worked out perfectly for us! It will be hard to find another destination better than this so we hope to be back again!

"Wonderful location for a destination wedding"

10.0

My daughter planned a destination wedding at Beaches in Turks and Caicos, and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were immaculate and they even serviced your in room refrigerator. There were activities day and night, food and drinks throughout the day, and the clean, clear ocean water was amazing. I loved the fact that you could venture throughout the resort, which had 5 different themed areas, all offering different cuisine and fun things to do. From fancy French food, to fish and chips at the Pub, hamburgers and hot dogs at the water park, and even had mac and cheese at what looks like a food truck. All in all, an excellent place to vacation with family and friends. The wedding package my daughter chose was just perfect and all the accommodations and wedding plans were just beautiful. I've never stayed at an all inclusive resort before, and I find myself kicking myself for not doing it sooner. I definitely will plan more trips like this and even some cruises in the future. Thank you Beaches for a great time and for providing incredible memories for a lifetime.
