"Fantastic beaches and close coral reefs."

10.0

Easy 4 hour flight from the Midwest and most speak English and are friendly. Felt very safe and rarely saw any police vehicles. Highly recommend renting a car for there is no public transportation or Uber/Lift service and taxis are unreliable and expensive. Expect to pay 2-3X for groceries and dining out. Beaches on the east side (Grace Bay) are wide, long and beautiful with most tours leaving from there. The west side beaches are also beautiful!

"NOT worth the money"

6.0

Amazing beach, great weather but I would not return to this Beaches property. I have a 10 year old boy who is mature for his age and they would not let him join the kids club for 11 years and up. he is only 2 months away very disappointed in the staff on how they handled this. I also paid for concierge service and received nothing in return. The property is a little too big but once you get rid of the map you will be fine. unfortunately we missed a lot of activities as they were not advertised well and most of the fun things were never in our area most of it was at the Italian village which the pool was super crowded and not enjoyable. Last year we did the smaller Negril Beaches and wish we would have went back there instead. Not giving up on Beaches properties hoping beaches Barbados is in the works.

"Great memories made at Beaches Turks & Caico's"

8.0

We very much enjoyed our stay at Beaches Turks & Caicos with our children and grandchildren ranging in age from 8 to 2 years old. Rooms were always tidied up during the day and we loved our beach front views though tired a bit with the professional family photos being taken in our area of the Caribbean Village. Special shout-out to Schooner's staff Neil and Scateline, Susan at the Jerk Truck, and Kimono's chef on Wed. Feb. 25th. Other favorite eats were the Soy Sushi Bar and Yoyo's frozen yogurt.

"Hygiene and Service in Decline Despite Premium Price – Disappointment at Concierge Level from a Loyal Guest"

6.0

As a loyal enthusiast of the brand (with extraordinary past experiences at Sandals Royal Barbados and Sandals Grande Antigua, among others), I recently returned from a 7-night stay at the Italian Village of Beaches Turks & Caicos (Concierge Level). While the overall cleanliness of the grounds remains generally satisfactory, I noted a concerning decline in the usual standards. Hygiene & Maintenance: We had to discreetly report roaches in our room. While a treatment was performed quickly, there was no follow-up or apology from management. Even more concerning, sanitation and insect issues were visible in the Kimonos restaurant restrooms—completely unacceptable at this price point. Conversely, I noticed much higher standards of cleanliness and upkeep in the restrooms of the Caribbean, Key West, and Treasury sectors, proving that a high standard is still possible elsewhere on the property. Concierge Service Inconsistencies: Management of basic supplies was a struggle: repeated shortages of washcloths and Red Lane products. A particularly disappointing detail: the "new" amenity tubes provided were sealed but only half-full, strongly suggesting reused products presented as new. Dining Experience (General & Specific): Global Observation: Service is often slow across the entire resort. The included red wine is systematically served at island ambient temperature (25°C+/77°F+), making it very unpleasant. Furthermore, much of the staff seemed demotivated and rarely smiled, a stark contrast to my experiences at other properties in the chain. Kimonos: This was my 4th experience, and a major letdown: the "show" aspect (juggling, entertainment, chef interaction) was completely absent. The Butch’s: Over 20 minutes of waiting just for a glass of water. Bobby Dee's (Pirates Island): Chaotic management for this kids' restaurant, with 30+ minute waits for a simple burger. Honorable Mentions: A few employees truly saved the experience with their professionalism and constant smiles: the public area maintenance staff, the team at Giuseppe’s (French Village), and the team at Bayside (Key West sector). Conclusion: I sincerely love this brand and hope this honest feedback helps spark improvements. In the past, I have highly praised your properties in Barbados and Antigua, but this stay clearly shows internal management difficulties. At this price point, attention to detail and consistent service should be beyond reproach. If management deems it relevant to contact me, I remain available. My only wish is to see the Beaches and Sandals brands maintain the level of excellence they have established for themselves.

"BEST VACATION EVER! ALREADY BOOKED NEXT YEAR"

10.0

This was our first international family vacation and my kids’ first time seeing the most beautiful BLUE water and SOFT white sand (we live in Texas). My kids are 9 and 12. From start to finish we were treated like family! The shuttle came to pick us from the airport right when we arrived. The ride to the resort is no more than 15 min. At the resort you are greeted with fresh fruit juice and cold towels. We stayed in the French village. The rooms are renovated and very nice. There is soooo much to do at this resort. The benefit is that no restaurant or pool was overcrowded. The beach was also never overcrowded. We never had a problem getting chairs or towels. To be all-inclusive, the food was VERY good and fresh. Last but not least, the service—top notch. The staff was so kind. Super Susan at the Jerk Truck quickly became like family to us!!! She was so sweet to my children. Akeem at the Caribbean pool bar was also so kind to my family. They even make non-alcoholic fun drinks for kiddos. We plan to come next year and extend another day. For a mom who always has to cook and plan meals, this was a true vacation where I didn’t have to worry about any of that. ALSO—— I was sooo shocked by the accommodations for food allergies. I have a kiddo with foo allergies. This resort can provide custom options with advance notice for food allergies. However, you would have to map out your restaurant choices in advance. I have to stress that the food was really great and fresh, despite being all-inclusive and basically unlimited.

"Amazing Resort, Amazing People"

10.0

My wife and I first came to Beaches Turks and Caicos in 2008 before we had kids for a wedding. We always remembered how nice we thought it was and in 2016 when our first child was 2 years old we came back. Since then we’ve been back every year sometimes more than once. Our kids are now 12 and 9 years old. Through work personal experience, I’ve visited more than 30 all inclusive resorts all over the Caribbean/Mexico and Costa Rica. Beaches is my favorite and I don’t have a close 2nd. At this point, it would be the only resort I’d go to in the Caribbean if I had my choice. The place is immaculately maintained, offers so much to do especially with a family (water park, pools, games, entertainment, Xbox lounge) and the best beach in my opinion in the Caribbean. However, I must also mention that the people here do also make all the difference. Two specific people are worth mentioning for anyone considering coming to this resort to ask for: The first is Jody-Ann Morris-Bryan. Jody-Ann has been baby sitting our kids now for a number of years. To say she just does a good job would be the understatement of the year. I say this because we live in Boston and to this day, we do not have a reliable babysitter. This is because our kids really don’t like babysitters and put up such a fight every time we get one. We’ve gone through so many over the years. However, with Jody-Ann it’s the opposite. They like her so much that every time we are about to go to Beaches and discuss what we are excited about, they always mention Jody-Ann as the number one thing (which is wild because the other things I mentioned above in terms of what the resort offer they love as well). The only thing that is tough is how much they miss her when we leave. On our last trip our kids were literally both in tears when we got home because they missed her so much. The second person is Fedeline Julien. Fedeline oversees all the child care and programming. Prior to Jody-Ann, for many years our kids went to the child care program for their ages when they were there. Unlike most child care places where it’s basically just a room with toys/games that your kids will get bored with in 30 minutes, Fedeline’s program offers much more of a summer camp like program with it being age appropriate, 1-2 years old, 3-4, 5-7, 8-11, etc. Also, good luck finding any resort that will take a child under 3 years old let alone nap them/change their diaper multiple times a day like beaches does. I’ll never forget when our kids were that age and realizing Beaches did this after going on a bunch of other vacations when they were that age and honestly just wishing I was back in my office at work. Fedeline and her team do an amazing job.

"Feb 5-12/2026"

8.0

This was our third trip here but first as a couple and stayed in Key West. We really love the great snorkeling at Coral Gardens (Bight Reef) so this is a lot of what brought us back. Unfortunately the entire week we were there (Feb 5-12) was extremely windy (red flags every day except last day) so the snorkeling was very murky and not worth it. The resort is beautifully landscaped and we found the staff friendly- did not seem to encounter anyone unfriendly as others have said. We spent most days at the Iguana pool ( near Arizona’s ). We participated in a lot of activities- the team is really great especially Kenton, Damien, and Roshane- they are very good at keeping people engaged. Our favorite suppers were Schooners (KemarD was exceptional) and Neptunes. We ate breakfast mostly at Neptunes and found service and food very good. They put on a great Super Bowl party- lots of food and bars for drinks. Housekeeping was fantastic- came at least twice daily and always had supplies/towels topped up and fridge was replenished every day as well. Overall or trip was as we expected (other than the windy weather) We did find the resort to be in need of a refresh but that didn’t take away from our experience. We were not at all bothered by the children - it is a family resort and absolutely knew what to expect since it was our third trip. If you have a free morning, try going to Potcake Rescue and take a puppy out for a walk- it’s a great way to spend a morning. Off to Grenada and St Vincent for a split stay next year.

"Underwhelming"

6.0

We went with a large of multiple families with kids. For the price you pay to go there, I do not think it is worth it. We have stayed at probably 20 all-inclusives and I will say that most of the larger kid friendly resorts are similar for half the price. Breakfast was frustrating because you had to wait 10 minutes in line to put your name in the wait another 20-25 minutes to sit down to eat a buffet style breakfast and only 25% of the tables were full. If we were by ourselves, I wouldn’t care but with younger kids, no one wants to stand around for 30 minutes for breakfast. The pools were beautiful and my children loved the kids area. There were plenty of waterslides, a lazy river and surf simulator. The beach was also beautiful. Lunch was on par with most other places, the food trucks and pizza were the best options. Dinner was hit or miss. The best was the adults only restaurant. The customer service was seriously lacking and you could tell they were understaffed. One of the families in our party had a serious bug issue in their room and it took 2.5 days to get them to properly address the situation. We went there thinking we’re going to find a place to go back every year and now we will never go to a beaches ever again.

"Absolutely wonderful!"

10.0

First time to TCI and Beaches, absolutely wonderful! The people, place, and food were amazing. We met a lot of great people who made our trip even more special: Johnson-Kimonos Raheem-Soy Ryan-Mario’s (Breakfast and Dinner) Dive Center-Cleon Dive Center-Andrew Crickereer’s-Colleen and Michelle (Lunch) Deidrian-Sapodillas (Dinner) Romar-Sky (Breakfast) Rojay-Loyalty and Travel These were only a few. There are so many behind the scenes who make sure your stay is amazing, Housekeeping, Culinary, Grounds, and Transportation. I never felt more at home on a first visit, so it’s already booked for 2027.
