"Beaches Resort Turks and Caicos - 🇹🇨"

10.0

Second visit to this resort! March 2018 and Feb 2026. Still gorgeous as ever, very well kept grounds…those guys are out cleaning long before anyone is up. Rooms - very clean and great about new towels. I’m a shampoo/ conditioner snob and loved the large sized RedLane collection from the Spa line they provided along with body wash, lotion and hard soap! Pools were really nice. People do get up early to snag chairs so get out by 7/7:15, before u get a coffee or breakfast! I couldn’t believe how many slobs and entitled people there are leaving behind towels when the bins are on both side of every pool. Glasses and trash left behind for someone else to pick up. FYI that is not what all inclusive is for! Very windy during our stay ‘red flagged’ for 4 of our 7 days which did minimize chairs by the ocean….but powdery soft beaches were still amazing! Cooler temps than they had seen in years while we were there but still gorgeous and mid 70’s. I would recommend a light jacket for evenings as they were slightly cool when the sun went down and the breeze. Food - decent to good. Reservations needed for the hibachi grill, otherwise dinner started at 5:30. We enjoyed the Sapidillos (sp) and the Arizona pool restaurant (forgot the name) the most. Breakfast buffet by the Iguana pool was always fresh and great - best omelet guy ever is Abdul (pic attached) and best bar was in the Italian village by the lobby…Simone is seriously a unicorn when it comes to professionalism, friendliness and making drinks! One of her counter parts Yesuha and another gentleman also top notch! The Mac & Cheese truck is a must (don’t wait til the last day - you will prob want to go again)! SCUBA diving - was a huge disappointment. The Capt and dive masters were nice but it was over an hour boat ride out with a 25 and 30 min dive. Visibility was great but nothing special for diving. We also go put in a group with brand new divers so they wanted to stay in very close vicinity of the boat. I love the fact they will certify people in the cost of their stay but there definitely needs to be a group for the new divers and another for the advanced. It was a waste of a day (got back to the room at 3:00) and one of 2 yellow flag days we could have enjoyed the ocean more on the resort side. Suggestions - bring your own floats, tips are appreciated, towel holders are a bonus but these pool chair pillows were a dream (won’t travel w/o them again, love the vacuum packing bags! Friday was fun shopping on the resort locals come with their goods (remember it’s their livelihood.

"Fun Times, Great Food, Awesome Staff"

10.0

Had a very great time at Beaches and enjoyed most of the restaurants offered here, especially the Cafe de Paris which we got pastries from every morning. There were plenty of activities to do throughout the day and the staff running the activities were very personable and had great energy. Definitely have to give special shoutouts to O’Ryan and Dialdo, who were extremely hospitable and a joy to be around. They were always bright and cheerful every time we ran into them (which ended up being a lot during our five day stay), and really made us feel at home. They definitely elevated an already wonderful experience.

"Best entertainment ever, beautiful beaches"

10.0

Overall our multi-generational trip to Beaches was spectacular! The entertainment leads that we met, O'Ryan and Dialdo, were super hospitable and fun. We did things like pickleball, karaoke, bingo and a ton of other really fun activities. Everyone also had a blast at the beautiful beaches and pools (can't beat the swim up bars). There were water activities that came included like snorkeling and paddle boards too.

"Not worth the hype. But I’ll keep updating"

6.0

I am currently at Beaches resort and decided to start my review now because I’ll never have time when I get home. I’ll keep updating as we get through the week but there are a few notable things that need mentioning. Overall I’d say 3 days in it’s not worth the money or the hype. We travel a lot and stay at both nice resorts and more reasonable accommodation. We camp in tents and aren’t afraid to stay in a cheap hotel near an airport. However, if you’re going to pay these prices then you expect the best. And this is far from the best. Some of my comments are about are not in the hotels control so I’ll start with those. - my kids are 12, 10 and 9 and the we are at the top end of this place being age appropriate for them. It really caters to children much younger and I think any old and they would feel like they were out of place in the kids activities. - this is one of those places where you have to get up at 6am and (even then) fight for a chair. The pool is completely taken by 7 but luckily I want to be at the beach where you can find a chair or two to save for yourself if you down before 7. I hate doing this but I also want a chair. So I become one of the things that annoys me most. - we are here on a high week so I know you get a lot of personalities but there are def some Karen’s walking around here making life harder than it needs to be. Now onto what the hotel can control Let’s start with staff: About half the staff is sweet and helpful. Smile at you and sincerely want you to have a good time. The other half barely looks you in the eye and def won’t smile. I don’t expect a Disney princess greeting everytime but at times it seems as if we are bothering them by just being here. I will say, the other half is very kind and pleasant. Maybe that’s just the way it is these days but It’s off putting. The food - meh. It’s fine. I guess I expect more when you pay so much but it’s fine. Not bad, a few good bites and few bad. Just meh. - the wait is t bad for tables. And you don’t reserve in advance except for one restaurant. I like that. It makes a less stressful experience an your not on a timeline The room - it’s nice. Nothing to write home about but nothing bad. The closet door is stuck and I’ve a called twice to get it fixed. Let’s see if it happens The pools - the one in the Italian section is over populated with people I don’t really want to be around so we haven’t gone there. There is an obnoxious DJ and it makes me feel like in Cancun, not a luxury Turks vacation. -We found a nice one in key west and are spending our time at the beach and this pool.

"DO NOT BOOK WITH 1-888-BEACHES - FRUADULENT"

2.0

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THE PHONE: -1-888-BEACHES The representative stole my credit card information and placed one charge for the mandatory $98 and then placed a second charge immediately following for over $1400. Sandals/Beaches have been completely useless and unhelpful - I’ve had to cancel my credit card. They can pull the call but since the second charge didn’t go through the system they won’t do anything even though it was their person!

"Great Experience, O’Ryan and Dialdo made our family of 15 feel truly at home"

10.0

Our family of 15 had an incredible time at Beaches, and O’Ryan and Dialdo were a huge part of what made our stay so special. They did an outstanding job running the pickleball and volleyball activities, bringing great energy, professionalism, and warmth to everything they did. What stood out most was how hospitable they were, even outside of the activities. They both remembered all of our family members’ names and greeted us warmly whenever we saw them around the resort. That level of personal care made us feel genuinely welcomed and at home. They created a fun, inclusive environment and made every activity something our family looked forward to. O’Ryan and Dialdo are exceptional team members, and their kindness and enthusiasm made a lasting impression on all of us. They truly elevated our experience, and Beaches is very fortunate to have them. We would also like to recognize the wonderful wedding team who helped make our parents’ 50th vow renewal unforgettable: Annika, Renande, Tauren, Jimmy, Sherlock, Sheldon, Omar, Floyd, and the server from our welcome reception whose name we unfortunately cannot recall. We are very grateful for their efforts.

"Trip Feb 2026"

10.0

This was our second February visit to Beaches Turks & Caicos, and once again it was a wonderful multigenerational family vacation. We stayed in a P2 Seaside 2-Bedroom, which was perfect for our family of seven (4 adults, 3 children). The kids had the most amazing time! The Sesame Street characters interacting daily and the nightly shows truly make this resort magical for children. The Friday night parade was also a highlight — our granddaughters even participated and loved it. A big personal milestone for us: my son-in-law and I got scuba certified during this trip. Huge thanks to Alex for his training and for his patience and support during my first open water dive. Our butler team — Jomo, Nadia, and trainee Claude — were exceptional. I am a Diamond Level Sandals guest and have had many butlers, but this team stood out. Jomo went above and beyond when my son-in-law unexpectedly needed a tie for a virtual business meeting. He brought three of his own ties from home to help — truly saving the day. They also made our granddaughters feel so special and even attended the talent show to watch our oldest perform. That meant a lot. Dining highlights included the French restaurant and the Jerk food truck. Mario’s had excellent Ossobuco, though our pasta was undercooked both nights. Arizona Tex-Mex felt more Southwest/Tex-Mex style (sometimes referred to as a steakhouse), but the menu was a bit limited. We also did the Kitty Kat Catamaran: nice experience, though snorkeling time felt short. February can be windy and a bit chilly at times, so our next visit will likely be in late June for warmer, calmer weather. We’ve already booked our third trip for 2028 — it will fall on my youngest granddaughter’s 7th birthday, and I already know it will be super special! Eva Harris

"Great for kids!"

10.0

I’ve read many reviews about the staff not being very friendly, and my opinion is that those are outlier experiences. The staff is overwhelmingly friendly, and go out of their way to be kind to everyone, especially children. Of course, there are some people who seem like they are not enjoying their jobs, but I wouldn’t say they were rude, just not as friendly as others might have been on that particular day. The resort is very clean and well kept, and the children’s entertainment is excellent. The kids camp is honestly the best part, staffed very well, clean, and run very efficiently. As other s have said, the food is mediocre but you can find good options on the resort, and kids will always eat well. We loved Beaches, and will definitely be back.

"Great Time in Key West Beachfront Four Bedroom Butler Villa Residence"

10.0

Had the most fantastic trip to Beaches Turks and Caicos. We traveled with 4 adults, 3 children ages 2, 6 and 8 years old. Stayed in a 4 bedroom beachfront butler villa in the Key West Village with private pool. Just beautiful accommodations! Walked to the beach everyday and enjoyed the beautiful view. The kids love having the waves chase them We had the privilege of having Ashuli and Dominique as our butlers. They went above and beyond serving us! Always made our dinner reservations and escorted us to the restaurants. Had our cabana set up with all our favorite drinks and served us snacks and lunch daily. At night brought in desserts and fruit for a nighttime snack. If you can splurge get the butler service, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Ashuli and Dominique for making the trip so spectacular! Looking forward to our next trip!
