"Save your money"

6.0

For the money I would say make a different choice!! We really expected to be wowed and we absolutely were not. We stayed at the Carribean Village which is in no way a 5 star hotel. Three star at best. It is very worn. Ameneties include beverages in your room, there were none, and we had to call three times to get beer and wine for the room. Also, for New Year's eve if we wanted to go to an ala carte restaurant (and not the buffet) we were required to buy a bottle of wine to get a reservation. This is ridiculous and despite talking to several people manager etc. they refused to waive this. Yes, we were force to purchase a bottle of wine at an all inclusive for which we were already paying for beverages. Also they take your picture for "free" but to purchase the pictures the prices were very high (pictures from a 10 minute photo shoot). The grounds are very pretty and the beach is nice but easily matched at other Carribean destinations that are more reasonably priced. On a positive note the staff was generally courteous and the food was good (although often served warm not hot).

"We loved Beaches!"

10.0

We had a wonderful experience at Beaches Turks & Caicos! It was a very busy time to visit--we were there over New Year's Eve--and while there were many guests on-site, because of the huge size of the resort it never as crowded as I would have expected. Guests definitely go out and cover all the pool chairs with towels before 7am despite signage politely requesting not to, but this just seems to be an unfortunate reality of travel these days. I'm not sure what the staff can do about this if people are determined to break the rules. Still, our family of four was usually able to find seats on the beach or in more hidden away pool areas. For us, the beach is the reason we were there anyway, and it is absolutely gorgeous! The water is so clear and beautifully blue--I would have looked at it for days on end. Even with the crowds, it never took more than a minute or two to get a drink, and the range and quality of options at the bars was quite good. Probably the only place crowding was an issue was at the gym; several of the treadmills were out of service so it was a little tricky to get access to a machine. We haven't stayed in too many all-inclusives, but we have done some Disney Cruises. We thought the food was overall very good, generally on par with the cruises. Our children are old enough for the high-end Carribean restaurant, Sapadilla's, and that meal was fantastic! We also had some really good pizza at Dino's and delicious sticky toffee pudding from the Cricketer's pub. And the hibachi dinner at Kimono's was a lot of fun. The breakfast buffets were pretty much the same each day and maybe the least memorable aspect of dining, but still included plentiful options and perfectly good quality options. The New Year's dinner menu (which was the same across all of the a la carte restaurants on 12/31) and festivities were truly impressive! Shakem at Cafe de Paris made our evening unforgettable! We loved the fireworks show after counting down to 2026. The staff seemed singularly focused on ensuring guests had a wonderful time at the party and throughout our stay. We were truly grateful for their kindness and hospitality. I can't come up with any complaints about our experience at Beaches! Many thanks to the concierge staff in the Italian Village who got us oriented and set with our plans, and everyone who waited on us, cooked our food, made our drinks, serviced our room, laundered our towels, took us snorkeling, and generally went above and beyond to give us a wonderful vacation. I hope we are able to come back soon!

"Awesome Family Vacation!"

10.0

Enjoyed our annual family Christmas vacation at Beached Turks & Caicos. The resort was very well run, our family never ran out of things to do or places to lounge. Never felt too crowded or busy & overwhelming either so our boys (12 & 14) enjoyed independence. Safe, friendly, helpful. All inclusive and flexible food options made it stress free for us! Explored different pools and villages each day and the beach and ocean, our family is already considering returning next year. We have been to other Caribbean resorts but this one is our favorite. Even the checkout process and Departure lounge was helpful. Just be warned the airport and customs in TIC is not yet large enough to handle to volume of travelers and was the roughest part of our journey with long wait times, limited seating and space upon arrival and departure. But the resort experience was unbeatable especially for families!

"Beaches Turks & Caicos made my family and birthday vacay one for the books!"

10.0

This was my first visit to Turks & Caicos ever, and from the time my family and I arrived, the hospitality from the Beaches staff made us feel so welcomed. When I got to my hotel room, there were birthday balloons that decorated my bed posts. There was also a fruit plate, cupcakes, and a card from the Beaches crew. It was all so thoughtful. The resort had so many restaurants and activities to choose from, that it was impossible to be bored on this trip. I loved the live entertainment. I also had a lot of fun taking part in the silent disco. One of my fave parts of the trip is when the wonderful chef at Beaches agreed to cook oxtail for my birthday. Everyone was sooo nice! I'd definitely come back to Beaches again*

"Paradise Found"

10.0

Just got back from a 5 night stay wih my husband and 3 sons ages 22,22,19. We had a great time. One of our best vacations. We stayed in the Key West Village. We originally booked a one bedroom but were surprised and upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Just a wondersul surprise! Made our vacation. Thank you Megel!! We loved everything about this resort. Lots to do if you wanted things to do and lots of quiet areas if you wanted to relax. We mostly spent our days the the Italian Village pool. We loved the liveliness, music and swim up bar. We ate at many restuaurants. Highly recommend Kimonos. We ate most breakfasts at Bayside. This is a buffet. Never had a wait. We also enjoyed Mario's, Schooner's, Neptune's, Sky, Bafefoot on the Beach. All very good. Also never a wait or very minimal. My boys also made friends. There are plenty of people in the college age group travelling with their parents. They would all meet out at night and go to Karaoke and Club Liquid. Even got a group chat going. I seriously felt like we were in Disney during this trip. Everything was immaculate, the room upgrade was magic, and the service was terrific. Most of the staff is super nice and caring. A couple of staff shout outs: Megel: You made our trip with the upgrade. Thank you for takig care of us after our 1.5 day travel to get to Turks and Caicos due to snow in our hometown. So amazing. Marlon: The best server at Kimonos. He knows how to keep the wine flowing! Super fun night. Ricardo: Italian Village Swim up bar. Always so upbeat and friendly. Thank you for the great drinks. Simone: Italian Village Circle Bar outside of Mario's. We really enjoyed talking with you. Love your smile. Andre: Server at Mario's. We enjoyed our dinner there because of your great service. Dale: Our photgrapher. So friendly. Made our photo shoot fun. Love Beaches! We will be back!

"Quality Has Gone Down"

4.0

I vacationed with my family at Beaches Turks & Caicos a before Christmas. It was our second time visiting with our three kids, all under age 6, and my father-in-law. We loved it last year, but this year things just felt off. The food: The food was noticeably worse, even though it was the same menu items. Four people in our group either vomited or had diarrhea. I’m not sure if they’re adding something to the food or what, but this did not happen last year. Activities: Last year we were able to rent floaties from the activity center. This year, however, we were told floaties are no longer given out. The only items you can rent are board games and balls, which need to be returned within a day. They will inflate your own floaty if you bring it. However, I had asked about floaties during the booking process and was told they were available for borrowing, so I didn’t bring mine. Staff: Everyone just seemed very jaded. None of the staff seemed happy to be there, especially the dive shop employees. Same as last year, they appeared extremely bored and did not seem enthusiastic about helping. Miscommunication: I signed up for a glass-bottom boat trip on my third day at check-in. Our entire party was excited and looking forward to it. On the day of our reservation, we showed up 15 minutes early as recommended, including pulling the kids out of kids camp, only to be told that the trip was canceled due to “mechanical issues.” There were no calls from the concierge and no advance notice - how were we supposed to know? As many others have said, the buffet food is pretty terrible, but waiting for the sit down restaurants takes forever. So you either get quick, subpar food or wait a long time for slightly better food. I will say we had great experiences at the spa and the kids club, so I’m giving an extra star for those. Unfortunately, those positives are not enough to keep us coming back.

"Amazing experience from the first time we visited some 12 years ago, to our last trip in December '25."

10.0

I may be biased, as this was our 10th trip to Beaches TCI. But as always, we had an amazing time, helped along by numerous things: 1) Grace Bay beach continues to be top 5 in the world for size, beauty (including nearby snorkeling right off the beach), and cleanliness. 2) Staff - Management is always wonderful. Folks like Tanya S and Ghislain B have been at the resort for many years. We always take time to chat with them for a while. Outside of management, the staff is almost always nice and great to chat with (I say almost because if you can't understand some people have a bad day here and there, check your empathy levels). Andrew at the swim up bar near the Caribbean portion of the resort (Arizona pool) is amazing, and met a young gentleman at Schooners for breakfast named Cleveland. Very outgoing and took time to chat with us. 3) Pools - Whether you want a quiet pool or a busy upbeat party pool, Beaches TCI has them all. My son is aged out of the whole waterpark thing at 21, but he still has a great time with his parents when we come. That said, for the younger families, the waterpark was always a hit when we did come with my son when he was younger. WIth my son being older, we will be trying some Sandals resorts in the near future, BUT we know we will come back to Beaches TCI for all of the above reasons, even without kids. :)

"Going downhill"

6.0

We just returned from the hotel stayed in the Italian pool walkout. The room was nice and our housekeeper Wilma was great. We have been going here for fifteen years but this may have been our last visit. The few staff we met that went above and beyond and were super happy were from Jamaica. Jojo and the ladies at the loyalty lounge amazing. Andrea at reflection, johnross at Mario’s, Norman at cricketeer. Rosemarie at schooners, O’Neil at petit chateau, and Prophet at the dive shop we will miss them very much. Take time to talk to Prophet very kind person. That being said the food was not great with the exception of the petit chateau and schooners. Towels are hard to come by they say not to reserve your chairs do it anyway. If you want a great excursion Dawayne and Danny on the dynasty all day private charter. You can book through hotel. If you have concierge and are a group of ten get dinner reservations if not you have to go at five to avoid long lines. The vendors on the beach relentless. They constantly ask and bug and hang out on the sun chairs they argue and yell with each other they even go up on the dock. They don’t stop. I feel like they have changed many menus eliminated some great things like the buffet at Mario’s used to have ice sculptures amazing food and service now they no longer do that. Maybe better management is needed because many staff seemed unhappy. The best management was excellent back in 2011-2015. I feel beaches Negril had a much better vibe more friendly and fun and great food. The beach is stunning but that’s about it.

"Amazing as always!!"

10.0

5th time back to Beaches Turks and certainly keeps getting better. Staff as always makes the vacation….Jamon at Mario’s was an amazing server so much that we had to make our last dinner with him. Damien from the entertainment staff was always engaging and made the stay special even when it was just Pennsylvania vs Tennessee in a rainy game of volleyball and our housekeeper, Donna in the carribean village went out of her way every day to make sure we were taken care of. And we can’t forget the entire dive shop and boat crew for another week of amazing diving!! Much love from the US to TCI from Corey, Karen, June and family!!

"Warning- Poor customer service"

2.0

Beaches canceled our trip in November after Hurricane Melissa and rescheduled us for December where we were unable to reach the resort due to a snowstorm in New York that canceled nearly 2000 flights nationwide. When speaking with Beaches about this they convinced me to rebook my trip with additional fees and costs for flights would be added on, charging me an additional $2300 for Beaches and I would be responsible for the booking of the flights because the flights had already been used been taken over by the Airlines. After discussing this with my family we decided it would be best to cancel the vacation to Beaches resort and rebook at a later time. Now mind you we have planned this vacation starting in January and are still paying for it now. Beaches explained that the vacation booked was considered non- refundable because we did not make the reservation date on November, which they canceled. Now I have to talk with Tripmate and it sounds like my claim will be denied. Total reimbursement for a $10,000 vacation is $108. Cancellations of a vacation is only acceptable when Beaches is doing it. Staff are very patronizing and rude when trying to cancel a reservation, even if you want to reschedule for a later date. Worst customer service ever experienced. Stay away from this place!
