Food, although inconsistent, was relatively good compared to other all inclusive resorts. Jamaican food in particular was very good, breakfast spread was also good. Some services, particularly front desk and some of the serving staff was good - friendly and helpful.

Some service staff were really poor and genuinely couldn’t be less interested in their job. I found this particularly standout at the watersports hut and some isolated bars. On checkout day we had to call 4 times and wait almost 40 minutes for someone to come help with our bags. The bathroom had a strong looming smell upon flushing. There was no guidance on the activities and facilities available to use - given the size we had to ask around quite a bit to find out - a pamphlet or an orientation at check in would have been helpful to highlight all the things to do / food times etc. The speakeasy was definitely overhyped - quite dead when we went
