Sandals Ochi - ALL INCLUSIVE Couples Only

We spent a week at Sandals Ochi, and had a fantastic time. My only complaint would be that the main pool with the swim up bar on the beach side needs to be completely refurbished, many many tiles are missing and it just looks terrible. Staff is wonderful, food and drinks where great. So many dining options, hope to go back next year.

This was our first time staying at a sandals resort. The staff was great. However that’s where it ends. There is no Caribbean vibe. I wish I could add pics, broken furniture in the rooms. The hallways had both mold and bleach stains in the carpets. Bars are limited. Food is avg at best. To say the least we were not happy with the resort.

The staff was wonderful. The grounds were meticulously maintained. They really went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed would definitely book a Sandal's vacation again!

Restaurant food to order standard was very good. All inclusive water sports & no need to book, just first gone first served basis was great.

2 hour car journey from Kingston Airport but guess that can’t be helped. Rooms require investment & upgrade. Due to maintenance issues (water from ceiling, air conditioning not working & soaking floors due to condensation build up), we had to move rooms twice. The third room was ok but this all took unnecessary time out of our holiday to resolve.

Best New Years Stay! Hotel was perfect!

Older rooms and building but staff service and dining more than made up for the age of the hotel. Hillside is newer but beachside is beachside so hard to compare
