Great value for money

You get what you pay for - a few broken bits in the room (curtain rack, door lock (there was a second functional door lock)) but it didn't affect the night's stay. The beds were a little small but it's no big deal

Nice and easy to get to using the trains.

Not the cleanest room had people in it had to change room not great but staff were polite and helpful

No slip mat in the shower room, no sockets working except 1 which the kettle was plugged into no bacardi left!, no d coke on left, 1 soap dispenser out of 4 working in the toilets, no hot water to wash your hands until after an hour. A huge disappoint since the last time we stayed. £176 for one night!!

Had slight issue with lighting in the room. Kept flickering off and on, did stop after a couple of hours though. Only other issue was the heating not working. Other than that it was very pleasant.

Nice friendly staff . Room was adequate.

No restaurant and no hot water on arrival. The hot water was available after 9pm.

Dirty room, cracked tiles, broken ceiling tiles, broken curtains. Bed was comfortable.

Average hotel , staff don’t care your there either way , room was average bed are comfortable but nothing special
