Needs refurbished

Ideally situated to the Ovo Hydro. The hotel enhanced our stay for a show. On-site parking was good. The hotel was a stress buster. Thankyou

Great hotel and very convenient for hydro.

Receptionist was very friendly, explained where to park etc. Only thing negative waste bin had not been emptied. Maybe a recycling issue?

Good friendly accommodation @ an affordable price

Unfortunately our room was unclean. The bathroom floor was covered in yellow tea type stains (I hope) and the shower was stained. The walls in the bedroom were splattered with stains also. Won’t be back. Incredibly noisy outside after midnight and had to phone to reception. Went on far too long.

Atmosphere was great

Needs a refurb and quickly. Took 3 rooms to get one that was ok. Shower cubicles are mouldy need resealed and grouted. Sink in toilet cracked. Neither of us used the shower. Wouldn’t recommend

It was a great hotel for what we needed (concert and visiting family). Great value for money! Food was tasty.

The staff were run off their feet with so many people off, but they never waivered, did everything they could to help out, and kept smiling as well. Our room suffered a bit of damp, we dealt with it on night one, and casually mentioned it to the front desk, we were moved within 5 minutes to a different room, again, staff being amazing. We ate there too, the food was ok, I'd probably stay again, mainly for the location and price.
