We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again.

The drawer and door to the refrigerator was not secure. The bed was uncomfortable. I usually stay at the Double tree in Jacksonville, I've never complained excellent!

Excellent condition, friendly staff, located a 5 min walk from the beach, surrounded by lots of dining and other activities. room was big, bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower was excellent. Room air conditioner a little noisy when compared to central systems but not bad. Overall a great place to stay. Will use whenever we go to Hilton Head

We’ve stayed here previously before it was double tree, we love how nice it is and how close it is to the beach. We also loved the new restaurant

Having to pay for breakfast was a bummer. Some of our kids don’t eat much so it’s not worth paying for

Was glad there was help with parking, thought breakfast should have been included item with stay - not the premium items but basic breakfast, most staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall good stay.
