"It was bliss we loved everything from the customer service to the room to the food!"

It included everything that we’d need during our stay and with pretty convenient placing at that! Plus the staff was really nice!

The parking was probably the worst and only thing I did not like about this hotel it is literally awful and I get the hotel not being responsible for theft but at least having cameras around your parking lot so if a theft does happen your guests have a way of catching the thief.

"Customer service lacking"

Good location…recently refurbished rooms….common areas showing their age…front desk check-in was terrible…arrived early (1:45) and asked if early check in was available…told room wasn’t ready and to comeback at 2:30…came back at 2:45 and 2nd clerk said my room was ready and started my check in when the first clerk ran over and told her to stop because guests are not allowed to check in until 4 PM…I asked, if that was true, why did she personally tell me to come back at 2:30?…I left (again) only to get a call at 3:20 from the first clerk letting me know my room was now ready (so much for no guest checking in before 4)…clerk was either confused or outright lied to me…2nd clerk was wonderful…other than customer service, it would have been a great stay
