The location was great. Easy to get to the beach

Not enough parking.

Wonderful facility that was clean, neat, & everyone was very friendly & helpful.

Parking was not good. It made me nervous to park at the very back of the parking area & it was not lit very well. Thankfully the weather was good so I didn’t have the. on web of having to walk so far in bad weather. I appreciate the golf cart pick up that was there sometimes.

Clean hotel comfortable beds

We paid for a balcony room which was listed. We arrived and was given a room without a balcony and fridge that didn't work. Front staff was very rude. We was moved into another room the next day still however no balcony room. The parking is very inconvenient. Bad experience overall

Staff was great! Rooms were clean

Not enough parking for guests! Door on the cabinet that held the refrigerator was broken! They advertise a balcony in each room, but they don’t say it is only about 2 feet wide! Deceptive!

The restaurant

Shortly after checking in a maintenance man entered my room without knocking. What if I had been in the shower or if I was undressed.The lock was also broken on the connecting room door. Even though I was moved to another room I felt unsafe. The floor was dirty . I will be calling corporate on Monday. Also had issue with the balcony.

Very disappointing stay. We were charged incorrectly, and when we asked for help, the front desk agents treated us poorly. Their rude attitude and unwillingness to assist made the situation frustrating and stressful. Definitely not the level of hospitality I expect from Hilton.
