The breakfast was awesome and very reasonably priced.

The American flag outside was worn and tattered and wrapped around the pole, so it was unable to fly with the other flags.

We arrived at this hotel on Monday night, November 25th, and it was a terrible mistake. We relied on online reviews, which unfortunately turned out to be misleading. The hotel was incredibly unclean. The bed had noticeable stains, suggesting a lack of proper laundering. The carpet was filthy, and the bathroom was disgusting. After a long drive from Arizona, we were too exhausted to relocate or request a room change. We used extra blankets to cover the bed, but still woke up with insect bites on our feet. Please do not be fooled by the positive reviews for this hotel. They are clearly inaccurate. I'm unsure how this establishment obtained a license, but I will do my best to report it and prevent others from suffering a similar experience.

The price was really quite low. Property matched my minimal expectations for that price. Beds were comfy and clean. Hallways, carpets, etc were very dated and some in bad shape. Nothing fancy, but easily served purpose of a safe clean place to stay for low price.

"Noisy fan/ac unit but clean room."

Not worth the money. Fan/AC unit in room very noisy. It made a high pitch noise every time it turned on. The room needed airflow so without the fan it got warm. But every time it turned on it woke us up. So no sleep. Breakfast is extra. Save your money and go to Starbucks or elsewhere. The fridge in room was broken. They did replace it but it smelled. I threw out what I kept in it due to the smell. Beds extremely hard. The room was clean and a great location. So gave it two stars for that.
