MYMy stay was average overall. The pool facilities were decent, and the staff's friendliness was okay, with no major issues during my stay.
Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. The toilet had a strong unpleasant smell, which affected the overall comfort of the room. The pillows were old, flat, and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. In addition, the breakfast selection has remained the same for a long time with very limited variety. For a 5-star hotel, I expected a wider range of options and better quality. Overall, I do not feel that the experience provided good value for the price paid. I hope the management will take these comments seriously and make improvements to the room facilities and dining experience.
