"Old, outdated and not the friendliest"

Worse Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at and I am a member with many points. I exclusively use IHG hotels, but never again this one. I am always greated and thanked for being a member. Not this one. They then charged me credit card a temporary $50 damage deposit. I have never had this happen. I have a charge card on file with them. This hotel is very old and outdated. It looks like they may be doing renovations, but I would never stay here until they are done. And that's a big maybe. It just didn't have the normal and clean vibe of the Holiday Express chain. Breakfast was decent and the normal free breakfast. Horribly expensive for this outdated hotel.

"The Pet Fee is $85/night/pet!!!"

We were thrilled to find this property right near the restaurant we went to for dinner. I booked it from there, and when we arrived, the agent was just printing it off, and were very happy to get off the highway!

We booked this hotel because it was "dog friendly". Everything was great until we found the "Pet Fee". It was $85! I have NEVER paid more than $30 for our dog in any hotel/motel, and last year, we drove 13,000 miles across 35 states last summer!

Clean, very comfortable bed, decent breakfast

We were pulling a fifth wheel and parking was very limited and difficult to park. Door to bathroom was awkward.
