Beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a great first impression, and we appreciated being able to check in early and check out late (although we had explorist status, and priority late check out is one of the benefits so this might not be available without it). The room was spacious, but felt dated and not very well laid out, with limited storage (despite the size of the room) and some cleanliness issues. However, we had an ocean front room and the view was incredible. Service was somewhat inconsistent — some staff were warm and welcoming (especially in the restaurants), while other interactions were less positive. Overall, while the setting is lovely, but our experience didn’t live up to the expectations of a 5-star hotel.

It is a nice resort, nice beach, very good pool. Excellent service.

I loved the location, the quiet, the large resort and the large room. The beach is incredible.

I'm not used to huge resort, I wuld love to receive a map of it at my arrival.

The entire experience was amazing. My kids really enjoyed their first visit to Puerto Rico and the Hyatt Grand was nothing short of spectacular. Especially, Rafael the pool bar bartender!

Beautiful property, nestled in an expansive golf resort space. Great pools and service, ideal for families with little kids. The lobby and bar area is beautiful and open, with options for drinks and food, perfect for spending a nice quality evening. Great food, especially the breakfast buffet. Property is not new and some parts of it do show the sign of it's age, but it has been remodeled nicely in many areas and it does have the feel of a updated resort. It has all the amenities you'd expect from a high end resort. The rooms are positioned along a beautiful beach, although it may not be the best for swimming, as its covered by vegetation growth in shallow areas. The staff is very attentive. overall, a great destination for vacationers who want to stay and enjoy the resort.
