Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico

It’s on the ocean and a reasonable distance from the airport.. close to the rainforest which is good for activities.

It’s older in need of major repairs and /or tear down,.. the layout is awkward and villas far from the main building.. felt like timeshare rentals. Restaurant service had mixed up staff ..

Great location, plenty of activities to do during the day, but not much of entertainment or amenities at night, rooms was clean, and spacious, food and drinks was overpriced, except for Nectar restaurant, service was exceptional and staff was excellent and super friendly

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Beautiful property, nice size rooms

Food was not to the standards expected at Hyatt Regency with exception of the 1787 steak house restaurant. The bathroom, while large was not in the condition expected at this price level.

Jorge was amazing! He had such a great attitude, was very friendly, and made delicious drinks. His recommendations were spot on. I would definitely come back because of his service!

I had a really great experience! for the second time in a row. The staff were super nice and welcoming, especially Jorge the bartender he was great. The drinks were made perfectly, and everything just felt really good quality. I’d definitely recommend it!

Sam Hernandez was super helpful and gave us advice and plan ideas for Puerto Rico.

The property is gorgeous including the rooms in front of the ocean. Loved the spa as well. They mistakenly served us pistachio after we explained my son's nut allergy, a lethal allergy for my son so we advised the team to list that allergy on the menu as it's the #1 allergy for kids. Yara the f&b manager was very gracious and they were very apologetic. Kyaris M. and other staff members were very accommodating the following morning w free breakfast. We will definitely come back.

My wife and I came in just for one day at the end of our trip. It was the best day from our two week trip! We spent a relaxing day at the pools and exploring the grounds. It is such a nice property. Our favorite part was our ending breakfast at Prime 787. Our waiter Amaury was the best service member I have ever had! He was genuine, authentic, helpful, and a very kind man. The other staff Keneth, Yonielgz, & Ivonia, were equally great!
