The rooms and facilities were generally clean, and the majority of the staff were very friendly. Its proximity to El Yunque is a major plus. Even at high occupancy, the resort never felt crowded. Highly recommended for families.

Although there are multiple food options, in general the food was overpriced and some of the restaurants were simply not good. The wine was not very good, either.

El lugar,la atencion fue buena

Dicen es su anuncio que las camas son grande y son muy incomodas para dormir dos personas. Desayune en el Restaurant y la cocina tenia un solo empleado y se tardo mucho.

Everything was beautifully decorated. The cleanliness of the property truly set a great standard for me. It was genuinely a wonderful vacation and the location itself was breathtaking. They treated me incredibly for my birthday. 10/10.

Huge pool, good breakfast. Very nice landscaping but I guess that also leads to mosquito/no-see-um issues, they do have golf carts that can shuttle you around. Self parking is pretty convenient because you can park closer to the bungalows. The hotel recommends renting a car and I’d agree, it’s pretty far out of the way but super straightforward to get to. Rooms were pretty big. Was able to add a rollaway bed and a crib to our premium king room.

No-see-um bites were intense, always have to use their bug wipes before going out. Beach is incredibly rocky but that’s due to the coral reef. No waves either. Room floor was all tile, which got slippery when wet. They’re very generous with their pool towels though. The size of the resort can be an issue, we were able to get a close room to the main building but I can’t imagine being at the far end if traveling with kids. Housekeeping sometimes didn’t restock certain things but could call the front desk and they would send us more than what we needed.
