First time to PR and the resort exceeded my expectations! It was extremely clean and the rooms were beautiful all around. Lots of things to do like restaurants, game areas, events, hammocks, 2 pools, a beach and a spa! I got my first massage ever and I was NOT disappointed. You also get access to the spa facilities before and up until 5 pm the day of your booked service! I could go on and on, but it was a great stay! I would love to return.

I can't really say that there is anything to complain about. It was a beautiful stay and if there was anything we needed, it was easily taken care of.
