Location and staff. Rooms were clean and pleasant..

Pillows were too fat to sleep on comfortably, and we kept having issues with the locks.

Location, and indoor pool hot tub

Rooms that are around the indoor pool get their AC from the pool area so the smell of chlorine is bad. Permeable throughout the room.

Friendly helpful staff

The first room we were given was a bit weird. No windows in the second room of the family room. Super warm and without windows or its own AC we ended up changing to another room. Also would caution if you are claustrophobic or just like fresh air to ask for a room that doesn't open to the atrium. But then again no window screens and the mosquitos were bad. Breakfast was extremely basic.

Staff was friendly. Love the room and location of it. Hot tub and pool were amazing.

missed breakfast as we were late.

the tv remote is very confusing, and I am the family person who can generally figure things out. I went to the desk and asked if there was a sheet with direction for tv remote. the lady indicated she would come to our room to show us use of remote. she never came, so no tv first night. my wife wanted to watch the blue jays next night and I found a channel that might produce game later so left tv on that channel for later and it had the game.
