"Great Staff, locaction, and rooms."

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in London, KY! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area, which made my visit even better. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortabl. I also appreciated the small but well-equipped fitness room, the indoor pool, and the reliable Wi-Fi. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety and was a perfect way to start the day. Overall, an excellent experience, I’d definitely stay here again!

"Very expensive for the room we had"

Right along the highway, close by

We had a room that had a very bad odor, the heat didn’t work and it was a cold rainy night. We had it on for an hour up to 80 and it was still blowing cold hair. The alarm clock buttons were broken. I had the front desk come and they offered to put us in a different room. We did move but woke up at 3;30 am to the room being so hot could hardly breathe. And this one, we could not cool down.

The breakfast was good The cinnamon rolls were delicious. The room were very nice size.

We stayed two nights and there was never any bacon for breakfast. That would have been nice to have. The tub and fixtures were very old, the tub was scratched up and some black stain, could be updated. But nice stay. All the staff was great from front desk to house keeping to the breakfast workers.

"The hotel needs to be given a deep clean and maybe some updates!"

It was conveniently off the interstate close to several restaurants and shopping centers.

The room could’ve been cleaner there was crushed Doritos on the floor. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. It was clogged. And the comforter on the bed head stains on it. We did let the front desk know, and they did bring us a clean cover.
