"Holiday in Express London Ky is in a high crime area-Beware!"

This hotel has some serious security issues!!!! Do not stay here. Smoke shack next door is shady and parking is terrible while large groups of people roam around the parking lot amongst the cars. Their fraudulent activity is so high that when checking in with your photo ID and a company business card they won’t let you have your reservation that you booked fearing you are using a stolen card. As an officer of the company, I use my business card every time I travel and this is the first time I have been denied checking into my reservation because my business name is on the card. Customer service said it’s probably because that hotel is under an elevated level of crime. I have been a resident platinum member every year for several years and all my business travel has been with Holiday Inn brand. Now I am in an area where all hotels are sold out and they won’t let me have the room I booked. If their threat is so high to leave a platinum member with an ID and a reservation without a room, then does anyone really want to stay in a place where crime is that high? Kimberly at the front desk didn’t care and frankly I don’t appreciate being treated like a criminal. I have stayed here many times using this company card and to have this happen tonight after driving so many hours is criminal on their part. If this is how you treat a platinum member then I can take my money elsewhere!

Convenient location, clean, comfortable beds, accommodating to the large groups there. GREAT coffee 24hrs.

Needed more hooks in the bathroom or right outside of the bathroom. Everything else was great.
