The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was very diversified, and the pools were very beautiful

It was crowded when we got there, and we were able to check into our rooms only at 15:00 Pm.

Our host Kana was amazing and we appreciate her brilliant service and hospitality. It has finished our visit to Phuket perfectly

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. The view was beautiful, the facilities were good, and we had a relaxing holiday. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and until the very last day, we had no major complaints. Unfortunately, while packing our suitcases before departure, we discovered that several brand-new items we had purchased during our shopping trips were missing from our room. As someone who has worked in hospitality for many years, I immediately assumed that housekeeping may have accidentally taken the bags during cleaning, as they had been left on the floor near the bin. I did not make a scene and politely asked the hotel to investigate and see whether the items could be located. What disappointed me was not the loss itself, but the way the situation was handled. Three times I was ignored, with responsibility being passed from one person to another. On the fourth attempt, I had to go down to reception and insist on receiving an update. I was told someone would call me back, but nobody ever did. Before going to bed, I had to call again myself. At first, I was reassured that the hotel manually checks and sorts waste every evening and that it would be difficult to miss brand-new items with tags attached. This gave me some hope that the bags would be found. However, after all the investigations, I was simply informed that nothing had been found. The issue was never about money. I did not ask for compensation, nor was I trying to create a problem. It was simply disappointing to lose items from our room and then feel that the matter was not taken seriously. In the end, I had to go out and purchase all the gifts again. Would I recommend this hotel? Maybe. However, the management’s handling of this situation was extremely disappointing. I do not want to generalize about the entire hotel, as this was only my personal experience, but I felt that my concerns were met with indifference rather than genuine effort to help.

Everything about this hotel felt spot on! They granted us early check in cause we reached early morning from a long flight. The room was spacious and cozy. The breakfast had a variety and was tasty. The pool was relaxing and had a nice slide. They gave us a voucher for fruits that were tasty. I would definitely stay there again!

Its a bit of a walk if you plan to walk to Patong but nothing apart from that.

Lovely relaxing experience staff friendly. They even sang happy birthday and sweet cake for husbands birthday today. Kingman Por and Kate the best. Thank you 🙏

كل شي سيئ لا تغشون العالم اكتب الحقيقه بس 1- الحمام صغير لدرجه انك اذا قعدت داخل ريولك برا ما يتسكر الباب 2- المنتجع كبير وحلو لكن صعب جدا التحرك فيه وانا انسان رياضي اتعب من خروجي من الغرفه الى الوصول للوبي معاناه وانا رياضي 3- الاثاث خشب وقديم
