Spark by Hilton Guilford

First time staying at a Spark and it was comfortable with functional furnishings. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had to return for something left in the refrigerator after checking out and fortunately was still able to retrieve it. Special shoutout to Zunera . Also to Jonathan who maintained the breakfast area. Rooms were clean and offers good value for guests on a budget. If possible though ask for a room without someone staying above you otherwise you may be able to hear their footsteps. Free parking and basic breakfast with 24 hour tea or coffee.

I was pretty much happy with everything. The girl that waited on us was awesome.

You put out a very nice breakfast. The room smelled so fresh. Everything was just great just like the last time. I thank you.

Location

No in room coffee station, no microwave, 24 hr coffee and tea in lobby - no milk for coffee. Charged $50 for early arrival.

Need More breakfast offerings. Not granted Hilton Honors points because I booked through you.

My time there was extremely minimal so my interactions were limited. I was most appreciative of the simple, clean and new rooms with bright white fresh looking bed linens & linens.

Breakfast options need waffles or other warm foods.
