Sharaynae helped out a lot with serving drinks!

Sharaynae was our server and absolutely amazing. The pools are chill and they brought us pina colada samples and water constantly.

I paid for my hotel which was a total of $1,680 and change on Feb 21, 2026 for a trip that was June 10-15, 2026 (5 nights total). I paid through a 3rd party which the guy who checked us in said it. I always use my credit card for incidentals because ill get that back and it was $750 for that. When it was time for check out I was charged $1,259 for taxes,resort fees. I paid that with my debit card. I thought it was crazy but its Miami im thinking and also I had to get to airport so I said ill review the invoice when I sit. When I saw invoice I saw “accommodation charge.” The accommodation charge was $100 plus for each night and I found it strange to even be on there. I called Marriott Bonvoy customer service line because Cadillac accounting never answered….and the lady from Marriott Bonvoy said they charged me for the rooms all over again and they were not supposed to do that. So I called Cadillac and mentioned accommodation charge and how I had already paid in advance. When she checked she said I was not supposed to been charged those accommodation fees and will be refunded $1,003. So she said my credit card ending in numbers and I said no I paid the fees with

The AC does not work. It’s been at a constant 75 and we were told the engineers were aware of the issue and it would be fixed in an hour. 4 hours later, same temp. They told us they’d move us to a new room in the other tower, so is spent the afternoon packing up everything only to get to the new room and it’s 75 too. Thought if we turn it down and head out to dinner, it would adjust, but just got back and it’s still at 75 (thermostat has been set to 67 for 3 hours, drapes closed). Why did I pack up and change rooms? We are Titanium members and called Marriott and we can move hotels, but at our cost! Ridiculous! It’s 8pm and the room temp has not gone down!
