I didn't like it

Do not reserve a room here under any circumstances. My colleague and I both had our rooms given away and no alternative was provided. My colleague and I arrived after 11pm on a Tuesday night. The incredibly rude and dismissive front desk clerk informed us, without apology, that both our rooms had been given away to walk-ins and that they were now full. He said he would try and find another room for us. For five minutes he stood at his computer with ear buds in, studiously not looking at us. Eventually, we asked for an update and he said that everything was full and, while he would keep looking, if there were no rooms that there was "nothing more he could do." I asked him -- with obvious frustration, but not yelling -- whether we should just sleep in the street. At that point, he told us to get out and then called the police to report that we were trespassing. I took have video of this incredible interaction -- the worst I've had anywhere in the world during a life of travel. I've sent complaints to Marriott. They responded that the hotel would be in touch, which it hasn't been. This was scary, dangerous, frustrating, and a total violation of the Marriott terms of service. We are both Bonvoy members with status. I'm still waiting for an apology.

Its an old property. Looks dated. The neighborhood its located in doesnt look great either.

Located in a good area. Low cost parking, free breakfast( not provided)

Manager refused to come out front to discuss issues No breakfast that was part of my package No lettuce to make salads or burger garnish Originally reserved thru Bookings.com but when we called they could not find our reservation. Rebooked us a front desk at a higher rate Front desk issued a hair dryer that did not work Tub has a large chip in the porcelein tub

Everyone and everything was wonderful.

Check in was fast, staff was courteous. Room was clean but dated.

Not enough light in the room

The room was what I needed…quiet, clean, AC, convenient for my needs.

It could use an update, but it was what I expected for a mid-range hotel.

Service was great.
