Found make up on shower curtain. The lobby area had the strongest cleaner smell that was off putting. Breakfast options are Starbucks only, plus some snacks.

I gave them a bad review because our flight was canceled and they refused to work with me on a refund I gave them. Notice before my stay and they refused to do anything for us. They could have refunded part of the stay. Never staying at any courtyard or marriot property again.

hotel was clean and well appointed. ample parking.

the day manager the morning of june 1 and june 2. he was quite demeaning about the issue we were having in getting our breakfast which was supposed to be included in our room rate. after some back and forth, we got a cup of yogurt with fruit but the next day, their was a different lady at the breakfast bar and she provided us with an egg and bacon sandwich and fruit. the referenced day manager tried to stop her but i informed him i spoke with the night manager who had provided me with a voucher. he looked very disappointed we found a way to get what we paid for.

"Our memorial weekend stay "

Our stay was very wonderful! Front desk was nice upon greeting and checking in and out we had zero issues, and we basically had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves which was really nice as well, the room was nice and clean the bed however is very firm but still comfy but definitely would stay again!!

"Convenient location."

Close to our event.

Hard to tell who was working there. Staff was wearing shirts and flip flops most of the time. Only one woman had a uniform and name badge. Breakfast facility was closed one morning with no explanation given fire alarm went off with no instructions given to guests.

"Our stay was just okay, nothing special."

No breakfast provided. The location was easy to get to and close to my family.

I didn’t like paying $6 a night for parking because it was not even covered or protected. I also didn’t like paying $4.50 for a small bottle of drinking water. There was no drinking water in our room.
