The front desk ladies were very nice. The hotel also smelt so good!

Checking in was a breeze and when we arrived at our room it was clean and comfortable. However there was a mildew smell our entire stay, which didn’t bother me after the first few hours, but my friend said it was too much. She didn’t want to be a bother and ask to switch rooms. There was a leak right outside our door and a bucket full of water, maybe that led to the smell? Pool was closed for renovations, every time we passed the Bistro in the lobby it was empty/closed. Overall it was a clean, spacious room and we didn’t have any issues with the bathroom, tv, or ac. I actually slept super well. Wish there wasn’t a smell and there were more available amenities, but we spent most of our time out and about anyway. Good for the price.

Loved the hotel. My only issue is with the parking lot only having about 25 parking spots.

I got charged a 6.00 parking fee... I paid for the stay online, and it was 163.11, checked out, and the charge was 169.90. It's not cool. I'm getting charged and paid for already. Not on site, then, charged a different amount at checkout. Shouldn't charge a parking fee.

The internet didn’t work

A bit dissatisfied, no shuttle bus, pay for undercover and unsafe parking +tax..tv wasn’t working properly, call front desk to report issue (without any luck) never answered the phone..desk clerk wasn’t really helpful..
