Super schön gelegen an der Backwaters. Mr Kavi war immer present, hilfsbereit und hat sich toll um unsere Kids gekümmert.

Leider wird ein Teil des Resorts renoviert, daher ist der große Pool nicht zugänglich gewesen.

The houseboat was lovely and the staff were great. The food onboard was excellent. Would very much recommend this experience to see the beautiful Kerala waterways. I liked that the boat option was alongside the room options so very easy to book. You only need one might to experience the waterways and I imagine the one bed boats book up well in advance during high season. The pool villas are also wonderful.

It was raining heavily and because I was on the houseboat I had nothing to do from when we docked back at 9am until leaving at 2.45pm for my flight. This is a bit of a watch out if the weather is bad (if good you can laze by the lovely infinity pool) as there are no lounge areas and the spa doesn’t have anywhere to relax. The resort manager kindly arranged a room for me to relax and get changed in after seeing me at a loose end. Very kind. It also meant I got to see the beautiful river villas, each one with access into the water.

What a wonderful experience! The resort is absolutely stunning. The rooms, designed in traditional Kerala architecture, were spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean. We especially loved the outdoor bathroom, which added a unique and luxurious touch to the stay. The property itself was immaculate, offering spectacular views at every turn. The cruises through Vembanad Lake and the backwaters were truly unforgettable and an absolute must-do. We were able to spot so many different species of birds, making the experience even more special. Having traveled extensively, what stood out most was the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail from the staff. Everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. A special mention to Arun, the potter, for sharing fascinating insights into pottery and patiently guiding us through the class. We would also like to thank Shaji, the resort driver, who made our journey to the next destination enjoyable with several thoughtful pit stops along the way.
