Beach and sunset was great

The facilities were great but room 112 was very humid which made towels and clothes not dry properly. Also the room had windows to a passage which made the room very dark and depressing.

Property is on the beach but the rooms do not have ocean views, nice area to sit outside but back of property has road noise and noise from var across the street at night.

We had a nice stay. Very quiet and peaceful place.

The grounds are wonderful.

The hotel is beautiful and they have a lot of resources to offer. Very convenient location and I felt safe.

A beautifully landscaped property on the black sand beach of Playa Potrero. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. The staff was excellent, the lounge area by the pool and beach was very enjoyabke, and the food was nice (even the free breakfast). There are a handful of restaurants and a food store within a 5 minute walk as well. We would stay again.

Its location on a quiet beach with incredible views, coupled with a very well-run facility and a good array of amenities made our stay absolutely wonderful! And the staff were super-friendly and helpful!

We lost power for hours one day and the staff didn’t even have a flashlight of a candle or a manager on duty. Another day we lost water for hours we could not shower. It was terrible
