Had an excellent stay at Pendry during "Wilson Global Salesmeeting". Many of the different things was just "best". Best hotelgym, best hotelbar, best breakfast, best hotelbeds, even better than my own at home...;). This was my first time in Chicago, and of course my first stay at this lovely hotel, but definately not the last. If you still hesitate, i can just say...do your booking NOW! /Johan from Sweden.

Very nice hotel! Lobby was spacious and welcoming. Bar looked fabulous. Rooms were clean and laid out nicely. Loved the bathrobes and espresso machine in the rooms! Customer service was exceptional!

They gave us a hard time to check-in (we waited an hour), they released the room at 3:00 am, we arrived from an international flight to the hotel @3:05 am, nobody was at the front desk till 15 minutes later we arrived and they give us the room @4:00 a.m. My co-worker found a spider and a bed bug that morning and changed her room, but they didn't gave me anything for the long wait.

Loved our stay!!! The staff was so friendly and they even surprised me with a bottle of champagne and cupcakes for my birthday. The room was super spacious and clean. This was by far one of my favorite hotel stays.

Only wished the rooftop was open on Sunday for brunch!
