Property is ok with lots of amenities, staff was terrible with very bad attitude towards customers.

שהינו במלון 4 לילות. 20 דקות מטאבה עם חוף ים פרטי ובריכה נחמדה. החדרים גדולים וסבירים ברמתם. אין שום טעם להוסיף על "נוף לים" - כמעט ולא רואים. המיטות גדולות ונוחות!! רמת התחזוקה והניקיון - בסדר אבל לא מדהים. ונקודת החולשה העיקרית - האוכל ממש לא טעים! המון כוונות טובות ולעיתים אפילו יומרנות, אבל חלק מהדברים מזכירים סיפורים על מרק בבתי עניים והשאר פשוט לא טעימים. עם זאת, המון רצון טוב של הצוות. הסתבר למשל שלמרות שב"הכל כלול" אמורים לתת גם דיאט קולה, אין דיאט קולה. לאחר שראיתי שיש פחיות דיאט למכירה, התלוננתי והעניין סודר.

Самый красивый отель в Таба Хеитс. Отель соответствует для Египта 5 звезд. Жили в номере Плаза( приветствие тарелочки с фруктами небыло) это не критично,но промах так как сами это обещали и несделали.Вид из номера красивый .Приедем еще.

Great comfortable and good food

The staff are very courteous, we extended by two more days, the hotel is amazing.We'll be back

The pool is very big, the food is OK, not more than this. The rooms are big but outdated

It was very bad trip starting from our check in as we stay for about 2 hours to make check in and the power outage two times and the water outage also 2 times and the elevetor is not working so i carry the stroller and my baby for 3 stages every time to the room.really it was very bad experience

Very bad sea spot, all coral reefs are dead and no fishes. "No snorkeling" All public toielts are dirty all the time. Smoking are every where, I cannot find any non smoking area. Food quality is average.

Great pools, many beds to hang out around the pool, fun water-gym. The food was not so tasteful, but had many variety.
