Mosaique Beach Resort Taba Heights

Stuff is nice but very poor English Not very clean I took beach front room it was very close to the beach Food not so good Noting to do in the area very boring But hotel is beautiful and huge

I liked the pools. Nothing is bad nor impressive. It's a good 5 stars but needs to be unique

+Hotel looks really nice, architecture of the hotel is really unique. -We had paid for all inculsive but food was not good at all. We did not like the service of the hotel on the whole. During all our 4 night stay was staff lazy, unhelpfull and did not do their job properly. We have extended our stay for one more night cause our flight has been changed and they did not have our reservation in their system even though we have paid for the extra night directly at reception at our first day. Our room card was deactivated already one day before end of our stay so we did not have access to our room at all. We went to reception and they reactivate it again and make us sure that they are having in their system information that we have extended our stay. Next day, early morning at 7am, new guests came to our room while we were sleeping cause reception gave them our room as they thought it is free. At 7:30am came to our room guy with luggage of these guests and my boyfriend explained that our check out is at 12. Approximately at 7:45am some manager came and wanted to see the receipt of the payment for extra night. ALL THIS SITUATION WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPOLITE AND RUDE FROM STAFF. We had to spend our last day of our holiday with dealing with these people from early morning. That is definetely not 5* hotel.

We felt safe and well looked after. They made transportation arrangements for us. The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful.

Comfortabele hotel with a fantastisch coral reef for snorkeling. A bit ran down with a lot to impeove when iT comes to cleanleness.

We were very pleased with our stay in the hotel. everything was good.there was a problem with the wifi.there wasn't wifi except in the lobby and even there we could hardly connect to the WIFI.

The pools and the beach are five stars. Very good staff.

You get what you paid for. Nice hotel but the rooms are dirty. The food is as bad as it can possibly be. Overall if you’re not keeping your hopes high it can be a decent choice for its price.
