Mosaique Beach Resort Taba Heights

The hotel is big and very beautiful, the rooms are ok, if you get a room close to the beach/pool , if not you need to walk all day long.. we got sea view room, the view is very nice but very far away from everything! In the beginning they said that they don’t have available rooms first floor, after that they said that it’s cost 15-30$ a day to change rooms, and after 2 days they agreed to change our rooms for free... the service is very slow and not so nice people at the reception, the key card for the rooms is not working most of the time and you need to go to the reception again and again to change it... Very important fact- the hotel is all-inclusive hotel and when you book in Hotels or Booking there is no possibility to take all-inclusive deal! When you get to the hotel you need to pay 15-17$ for lunch and 15-17$ more for dinner! If you want to do all-inclusive deal you need to pay 30$ per a day for a person, and there is nowhere to eat near the hotel, only if you take shuttle for El-Wekala town there is supermarket and few restaurants there that open from 17:00. We enjoy the vacation because of the beach and pools but not sure towe will come back to this hotel...

Wonderful vacation for me and my family, everything was simply perfect, wonderful room, balcony, service, everything. Perfect, really perfect food, nice clean pools, wonderful beach, and the most important, very friendly and nice personnel in this hotel, mainly Disha /animator/, Salam and Hassuna from Sultan bar, Mahmoud from the recreation department and of course Ahmed from Beauty salon. As well as the crew from reception who managed transfer for us. And specially Amouda from the pool bar /I think Lotus bar/ Guys, thank for all an I wish to come again.

Everything was very nice but there was a HUGE issue for us. There was no wifi in the rooms or barely on the property. This was not good because we were unable to keep in touch with our children and had to spend our vacation time finding a SIM card. We were there off season and not all the restaurants were open but we did go to another resort using the free shuttle. We found the other resort to be lively, fun and active with more to offer. Overall it was a great choice to stay in this part of Egypt!

We were blown away. After seeing the prices listed for this hotel we were certain it was going to be sketchy as hell. Boy were we wrong. What we found was one of the best resort experiences of our lives. A beautiful perfectly maintained palace right on the Red Sea. The staff could not have been friendlier and more inviting. Everything we experienced was first class and extremely high value. The spa was incredible. The 7 (yes SEVEN) pools were breathtaking. And the staff helped us charter a sailing yacht to visit ancient sites on the Red Sea and snorkel. A quick weekend getaway turned into one of the best vacations of our lives. A weekend all inclusive for less than a one night hotel stay in nearby Eilat. Taba Heights is the spot. Tell your friends. We will be back

The reception stuff were friendly. but the wifi internet was very poor. It's my third time in this hotel and every time was poor internet wifi. the room location 1131 was good and it was large room but it smells so bad. Besides the corridor was very dirty and smells ugly. Nice hotel location in Taba, food is good.

Nice relaxing stay , friendly welcoming staff , nice facilities

We really enjoyed our couple of days at the Sofitel. We hope to visit again in April. The only comment was that the restaurant food was not up to the standard of this very nice hotel.
