Beautiful views from room and rooftop, very comfortable accommodations and great Continental breakfast. Loved the check out time being noon gave more time to enjoy the accommodations and explore building. Really enjoyed the history of location and visiting Astoria.

Location is great. We have stayed here a few times before and had great experiences. This time king room we reserved was less than expected and not cleaned well. Show dispensers were empty. Evening wine reception ( at your own expense) was good and Ingrid the wine host was fabulous.

Greeting staff on check in was not “greeting” or flexible. We tried to upgrade to an available room and pay the difference but she would not try or attempt to accommodate. We even had booking.com on the phone during this attempt.
