A low end property with a high end price. At the price point the hotel is just not worth it. We would have been better off at a more "common" chain hotel. The mattress was well worn, the TV was small, the bathroom sink was clogged, the A/C - heater was an old fashioned wall unit. So, it was a place to sleep but not a place to enjoy. Recommend staying at a hotel with genuine standards vs one that takes advantage of being next to the college. Oh, beware of the non-existent checkout process.... Prepare to be ignored.

Everybody was very friendly. The property was clean and looked like they knew what they were doing!

Only issue was our toilet. While it would flush, it took forever to refill. We called the front desk and Maintenance (friendly guy) came right away. Then we left for our event and when we came back LATE we didn't know if he was able to make adjustments or not because the problem still persisted. With three people in the room we needed the toilet to "recover" from flushes much faster than it was able to. But, we made do by filling the bowl with cups of water, so it in the end was fine. Really wasn't anybody's fault, it is just something that happens...we figured with a sold out hotel, the water pressure was simply lacking.

I’ve had a really good experience during my stay here. The staff has been friendly and responsive, and the place has been kept clean and comfortable. The manager keeps everything running smoothly, which I appreciate. Overall, it’s been a pleasant and hassle-free stay — exactly what I needed.

Found the property dated and untidy. Getting towels was limited to 4 hrs per day and staff weren’t friendly.
