Extended Stay America Suites - Lynchburg - University Blvd

They have a nice grab and go breakfast, nothing fancy just packaged muffins and coffee in the morning. We did not use the kitchen that was in our room, but it had everything you would need. It was very clean in the hotel. Staff was so kind. Very convenient for where we needed to be for the Location of our overnight.

I made reservations months in advance through Orbitz for a room for our daughter’s college move in. At 8:30 pm with the hotel 4 hours from our town, they told me my reservation was cancelled related to “overbooking “ although Orbitz showed reservation active. No other hotels available within an hour of college with rain pouring and vehicle fully packed 4 hours from home . No room available with an 8 am dorm move in scheduled. Not sure which party was involved with the hotel “overbooking” and canceling the reservation, but beware.

Just don’t. That’s right, don’t even ‘think’ about it. Really. Unless you like a smelly room (think 100 sweaty sports bags in steaming hot temperatures), or enjoy wondering if they gave you clean sheets, or if you love thread-bare towels and no soap, then this is the place for you! If you love being recorded every time you enter or leave the hotel and have your ID saved (securely ???) to their database, then this is the place for you! No shears on the window looking directly into the parking lot meant the drapes were closed the duration of our stay. Lots more to say, none of it good.

Been here for a few weeks, the staff is friendly, front desk always helpful, manger is very nice and approachable. They have a good team. The rooms are spacious and clean. Comes with a full kitchen as well.

Just too basic. Bed was a cot not a bed, with a terrible mattress. No lobby, dining area, exercise facility, nothing.

the manager on duty was rude and unapologetic for the illegal drug use at the property. The smell of narcotics could be detected throughout the property and it was an uncomfortable environment to have a family in.

Good stay during visit with old friends at some great restaurants provided by the front desk thank you guys again for being nice and providing good hospitality

It was a good place for us to stay bed were soft and comfortable and had it nice and cold at check in dispute how hit it had a been they made sure we even had bottled water thank you so much
