Nice clean room & bathroom as well as a good breakfast. The area is a bit noisy, and the hotel room is a bit hot, so need to open window to cool down. Therefore advisable to request upper floor.

Nice hotel, authentic swiss experience. Breakfast was good, but not a typical continental breakfast. The staff are very helpful and courteous. It is right outside the city centre which makes it very walkable. Definitely recommend.

The staff was wonderful and facilities very clean. But when it's almost 90 degrees during the day and no air conditioning... It's hard to sleep well.

This is a small hotel really close (1/4 mile) from Old Town Zurich, where the lake turns into the river. It is less than 100yds from the Lake and in less than 10 min we were in Old Town. It is a small hotel with a single person at the front desk and they only stay there until 11pm. If you plan to get in and out when the doors are closed you have to place your room key on a panel that allows you to grab a front door key. The rooms are small but nice and clean, from the picture behind the door I cold tell that the rooms have different sizes but ours was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The free breakfast was great, with a variety of breads, cheeses and cold cuts. There was also fruits, cereal, yogurt and juices. Once you walk a little around Zurich you'll realize how nice it is to have a free breakfast with that quality. Everything is really expensive. We checked in just before 11pm and were helped by Stefan, one of the nicest hotel clerks I've ever encountered. Extremely friendly and helpful.

I stayed 2 nights. Its a great little hotel near the lake and with a very pleasant restaurant. During my stay there was a heatwave and with no A?C in the hotel my room was very warm.

Very friendly helpful staff, attractive clean rooms . On a very hot summers night the only thing lacking was air conditioning.

Very nice small hotel, welcoming, clean and well located. The price was way more reasonable than those of competing properties. Good size room, quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again.

Wonderful small hotel. The bathroom shower is very small but we have experienced that before in Europe. One thing to note however, no air conditioning. It was fine for the time we were there because it was very cool but I do not know how that would work in the summer.
