Our favorite place to stay while visiting Newport. We have been coming to this location for the past 9 years. We especially love the proximity of the hotel to the cliff walk and Sachuest point. The views, rooms, and amenities are all top notch. Hot tub on the roof is just an added bonus to an already fabulous hotel. If there is a problem, they are quick to fix / resolve the issue with care and tact. 5 stars to management and supporting hotel staff! Truly a rarity to find such kindness and care these days. We look forward to many more stays at the Newport Beach Hotel & Suites!

We stayed in the Historic building…Priceline said our room had a FULL KITCHEN it did not! The hotel was renovated 2 years ago and they did a great job. Its modern, clean, comfortable bed and the staff is exceptional! Kristen and Lisa were amazing. Where they lacked. The tv was huge however you cannot connect to Amazon or Netflix even with an external device. Even though it is a smart tv the hotel has external apps disabled so no way to stream anything but you tube. In this day and age this is unacceptable! The shower is new but nowhere at all to place your own toiletries! This is a great hotel location so if the wifi and streaming is not an issue you will live it!
