La restauration est correcte, notamment dans les restaurants à la carte

Hôtel très bien situé, en bord de mer, à proximité du centre-ville et de la plage. Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible. Cependant, je ne peux pas donner plus d’une étoile en raison de l’état général des bâtiments : les structures sont vieillissantes et rouillées, les équipements vétustes. Dans la chambre. Le climatiseur fonctionnait, mais les pales étaient manquantes, probablement cassées depuis longtemps et jamais réparées. Les revêtements muraux étaient gonflés et écaillés. Les prises électriques rouillées et cassées, à la limite de l’utilisation, avec un réel risque d’électrocution. Un éclairage insuffisant, aucune lampe de chevet, et seulement deux spots fonctionnaient. La porte des toilettes était gondolée et ne fermait pas. Le linge était usé, le sèche-cheveux cassé, et la lunette des toilettes inadaptée à la cuvette. L’ensemble témoigne d’un manque d’entretien flagrant. Cet hôtel aurait besoin d’une rénovation complète avant qu’il ne tombe littéralement en morceaux. Côté restauration : C’est correct si vous réservez dans l’un des trois restaurants de l’hôtel. En revanche, le self-service est de qualité inférieure : acceptable pour une ou deux fois, mais le choix est limité, et les plats souvent trop gras et trop salés.En conclusion, je ne retournerai pas dans cet établissement, sauf si un véritable projet de réhabilitation est entrepris.

Lo único por rescatar del hotel es la ubicación, es muy cerca del aeropuerto y la vista q tenía desde la habitación

el tema de las reservaciones para los restaurantes de comida a la carta es todo un dolor de cabeza, no entiendo porque le complican la vida al huésped hay q salir de la habitación muy a las 8am para poder hacer dicha reserva en la recepción pero no te atienden en orden de llegada, se debe hacer todo el proceso desde la app 🙄🙄 por otro lado el desayuno tipo bufete nada q ver, creo q lo llamaban bufet porq te sirves tu mismo las veces q quieras la cantidad q quieras pero no ofrece la variedad de opciones q habitualmente tiene un bufete, la comida muy regular poco agradable, repetida por otra parte si los empleados del hotel están por ahí cerca a uno y escuchan como comentarios q uno quiere hacer un tour o q quiere alquilar una mulita “muy cordialmente” “ofrecen” el servicio de un conocido lo cual es un fiasco total, absténganse de tomar un servicio recomendado por algún empleado q como tal esa no sea su función dentro del hotel

The personal and attention was good, the buffet food was unexpectedly delicious, even better than the booked restaurants they offer.

There is zero information about the hotel facilities and what they offer for the all inclusive, we realised that we missed few things just because the hotel at any moment share any sort of information with guests, there no even small doc with the info, no a single word during the checkin, is sad as this is crucial to enjoy a pleasant stay and getting the best value for the money you spent. Related with the rooms, all was in good shape, a bit old but functional, I feel that with some small renovation this could be a 10 out of 10 however I have to say that it reach an strong 7 just cuz of that, specially the AC, which worked but was not cold enough to get a very nice sleep.

Not to my expectations . The place needs an upgrade and 10:00 pm it was dead . Construction in the day..no night club. WiFi was horrible. I don’t believe l will go to any Decamaro Hotel. To be honest. .. The People at the Restaurants / cleaners/ Hillary at Customer Service was very professional..Your Hotels need Maintenance/upgrade .. it’s a very beautiful location.. But my friends, this is 2025… not 1940.please put bi-lingual at the receptionist desk.

Everything was really bad! No wifi in the rooms, no AC in the restaurant, bad conditions, hours for eating, so you don’t found always something to eat, in the middle of the shower the water stop, every door in the rooms have an opening at the bottom, ( so of course how the room can be cold) the lights in the hallway don’t work really well, sooo sad was my experience!!

A comida é feita com ingredientes frescoa, porém os cozinheiros são ruins.

Extremely disappointing – not worth the price at all We booked an ocean-view room and paid a premium expecting a quality experience. Unfortunately, what we received was far from acceptable. The first room we were given was in very poor condition: the air conditioner barely worked and made a loud, constant noise, the room felt damp and unclean. We asked to be moved and were told we’d get a new room the next day. They relocated us to a room in the “new building,” which we assumed would be an improvement. Sadly, it was worse. The room was constantly flooded, the bathroom had a terrible odor, there was visible moisture on the walls, and water was dripping from the ceiling. It was impossible to rest in such conditions. The facilities are in serious need of maintenance, and for the amount of money we paid, this experience was absolutely unacceptable. No one should have to sleep in a flooded room under these conditions. I’ve stayed in many hotels, especially in Colombia, and this has been by far the worst experience I’ve had. Poor value, poor infrastructure, and a complete lack of quality control.

Muito abaixo da média. Estrutura é boa, porém com pouca manutenção. Funcionários sem nenhuma simpatia, fechados e por vezes grosseiros. All inclusive ok para alimentação, porém bebidas horríveis. Não me hospedaria novamente.
