"Hotel ok"

Tinha tudo pra ser o melhor hotel da ilha, o lugar onde ele está situado, em cima do mar é sem comparação, simplesmente lindo, perfeito! O hotel é antigo, as mobílias são antigas, me parece que falta uma manutenção e atualização. O hotel é all inclusive mas não sei falar em relação a comida. Unico que usamos foi o restaurante tailandês que ela sob reserva e estava bem bom. O café da manhã é super básico, nada de mais. O acesso a praia privativa é incríveeeeel! Continuo na opinião que falei no início, tinha tudo pra ser o melhor hotel da ilha desde que fosse mais atualizado e modernizado. Demos sorte de ficar em uma torre sob a água e quarto frente mar, então acordar com a vista do mar do caribe foi incrível.

"Not worth the price"

I recently stayed here and was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. The facilities are not in the best condition—some areas look quite worn and in need of maintenance. The rooms are very basic, offering minimal comfort. The staff was a mix of very friendly and helpful people, but unfortunately, a few were not as pleasant, which impacted my stay. One particularly negative aspect was the presence of the Multivacaciones staff. They were quite insistent—at times even annoying—with their constant attempts to sell their vacation plans. These offers should be made through digital channels or at official offices, not directly at the hotel. It was frustrating to learn that the same trip was being offered at a significantly lower price through these promotions, after already having paid a higher rate. Considering all of this, I wouldn’t recommend this place. You can find more modern facilities and better service elsewhere for the same or even a lower cost.

"Good"

This is not an international quality all inclusive resort. It is more like a Best Western with a view. The front desk service was horrible. They were indifferent. I asked four times on the first day to get towels put in our room (not a single towel was given to us) and to repair the broken phone. After four days, the phone was not fixed and we weren't even updated on it. Just "tough luck" The food is buffet style and decent, but not the quality you would expect from a "resort". There is no real beach, just a wooden boardwalk near a designated swimming spot. Housekeeping came once in four days. We had to keep snagging towels out of the linen storage closet. Views were nice, the pools are beautiful. the alcohol is pretty blah. Their idea of a coctail is half a paper cup of fruit juice and a shot of alcohol. If you are looking for a few days where you can hang out by the beach and not have to worry about going to a restaurant, this might work for you. But do not mistake this for a resort. It is a midlevel hotel with delusions of grandeur.

"Worst experience ever, la peor experiencia que he vivido en un hotel!!!"

The property is well located about 5-10 min walk from all the restaurants and main attractions.

The service from this hotel is probably one of the worst service I ever experienced. The property is in very bad conditions. I stayed in the new building on the fifth floor. The water will run for 10 seconds then stop running for other 20 seconds. After I complain the maintenance guy mentioned that the pump was not strong enough. The curtain of the bathroom was to high and every time we shower the bathroom would get totally wet. One day they did room service they took all the towels and didn’t put new towels. I called the reception and the phone didn’t work. I went downstairs and it took two hour to bring the towels. They said is all inclusive, however there is not drinks or food in the room. There is not room service. If the breakfast finish at 10:30 am and there is not food at 10 am they do not provide more food. Honestly, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

The property is very old. Room was very small and the bathroom was in very poor condition. The shower water was not consistent. Would fluctuate between hot and cold? Also, the bathroom sink was not secure. If I leaned on the sink, it would almost fall off the pedestal. Also, in order to reserve dinner or visitation at another property, you had to use your phone to make reservations when the portal opened at 8:00am. There should be an easier more convenient way to make reservations. Overall, not a good experience. Wont be staying at this Decameron again.

"Experiência ruim e decepcionante."

A nossa experiência foi muito ruim. Nos deram quartos com intenso cheiro de mofo e se negaram a fazer a troca! O que nos causou fortes crises alérgicas! A qualidade e variedade da comida nos restaurantes self service é bem abaixo do esperado. Para se tentar marcar um restaurante de especialidades nos mandam fazer uma fila antes das 8 AM! E Nem todos da minha família conseguiram marcar essa experiência, mesmo tendo acordado inutilmente tão cedo! Os funcionários em geral são atenciosos, porém as instalações do hotel são muito velhas e aparentemente com pouca manutenção. Presenciamos vazamentos de esgoto das instalações do hotel. Já estivemos hospedados em alguns resorts em Cancún, em Punta Cana, no Club Méditerranée, Costão do Santinho, etc e não entendemos porque esse hotel é chamado de resort! A localização dele é ótima, a natureza é belíssima, a piscina é bonita, mas as instalações são velhas, as diversas restrições de horários de funcionamento dos serviços não nos proporcionaram o relaxamento e nem a qualidade esperados. Foi decepcionante! Péssimo custo benefício!
