Rooms should be assigned to new guests by 3 pm as published and "not between 3 pm and 4.30 pm". Decameron should have more staff to facilitate check-in as current staff appear to be overwhelmed at times! Otherwise it is a great all-inclusive resort!

The food was varied and excellent in all of the restaurants and buffets we visited. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. The proximity to the boardwalk, restaurant, and commerce is good. The room was disappointing. For the amount of $$$ we paid, I was expecting much more. It seems maintenance is very low on the list of priorities: broken safe, broken phone, broken blinds and balcony door, to list some.

Good place to stay, a great location, good facilities, food at the buffet is OK, La Bruja Restaurant is amazing, The Thailand Restaurant is also a great option. No beach Connectivity to internet or WIFI es absolutely impossible.
