Bridge Vista Beach - Hotel & Convention Center

The hotel itself is nice and the staff were great! The waterpark was not very clean though

Everything was great.

They stop the breakfast, The water park, have been canceled the slides. Only the dirty lazy river and one swimming pool. No room service. Almost all the hotels in that area are degrading; more money and less quality

Surprised this facility didn't serve breakfast. Wish lake view room was available.

Stayed here 1 night with my mither in law. Her room was not cleaned when we arrived. There was a dirty diaper still in the trash can and a half empty beer can in her balcony. He had no full size towels in our room.

First 3 nights were in your average room. Extended a night last minute and was put in a newer room with beach view! Staff members were friendly and helpful. The beach area was nice and well kept.

Enjoyed my stay more then I expected , waterpark for the kids and beach front for the family couldn’t beat it staff was great people highly recommend.

The hotel has lots of potential. The lobby has a moldy smell to it. The room that we were in had certain things that were falling off or apart. Beautiful view of Lake Huron, but the screens were broken, so I couldn’t leave it open to listen to the waves at night. It’s supposed to be non smoking, but people still do and it seeps through the walls. If they clean better and update a few things this would be an amazing stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and really recommend this hotel

The beach access was nice but rooms dirty, several broken things, had to change rooms because of such poor housekeeping. Water Park was only half functioning, pools were green and cloudy.
