Bridge Vista Beach - Hotel & Convention Center

We've stayed in Mackinac city a few times and this was by far one of the best hotels. Clean beach and chairs, attentive staff and clean rooms.

Room was clean and very quiet but air conditioning was not the best. We had a fan in our room blowing air and it still was humid in there. Staff was very friendly.

Staff was very nice, rooms were clean!! Made sure I checked under beds for bed bugs and everything checked out good!! Im always worried about that since Bayside had them, so I always check now. This place is affordable, clean, great customer service! Thanks for the great stay!!

Evening staff was polite and helpful. Morning staff was not. He treated us like an inconvenience. Room had a damp smell to it. Hallway and arcade area smelled like cigarette smoke. Water slides were not working and should have been closed off. No towels in the water park/pool area. No beach towels either.

For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised. It's definitely a budget hotel, but the room

Always a great stay!

Let’s start with the water park. Broken windows that are covered in cardboard. The two big water slides. Not turned on. The lazy river has 8 tubes. The pool area could be cleaner. The room. Old and smells old. The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. It is on the beach. Which is nice. We left for the day and when we got back are room wasn’t touched. Around 7 pm. The maid comes to our room after she put everything ahe had her back pack on and was ready to leave. I said why wasn’t our room cleaned earlier. I was busy. She said I had a busy day. For wash we paid. This room should of been cleaned. When I talked to the front desk. Nothing was said. It’s as if I was talking to myself. So when we opened the patio door. There is a screen on the door to protect you from the bugs. The screen is taped with scotch tape. I’m like seriously. This hotel has a lot of people in it. Maybe reinvest some of the profits in the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. They should be ashamed of themselves for how they leave there hotel. All I wanted was I paid for. You can hear everything through the floors and walls also.

The hotel has a lot of potential and I’m sure it was extremely nice when it was new. We had a waterfront view from our room, that was amazing with the beach and Lake Huron only steps away. The pool area needs some major maintenance. The lazy river was closed during my stay as well as the two big water slides. It looked like the slides had been closed off for quite some time. The kids pool play area was nice however 1 of the four slides there was blocked off for use. The two water guns were not operational as well as the big tiki head, from pictures it looks like water is supposed to spray out of that and that was not operational. From photos there use to be a jungle gym type thing across the pool and that was not there anymore. The carpet in the room could use a deep cleaning and furniture is pretty worn and outdated. We had fun during our stay but bummed that it wasn’t exactly what I was expecting with a lot of the pool area not operational.

Not very clean, half the water park wasn't even operational the website failed to mention that and still advertised the water slides as being open. Over priced for what I was expecting to pay for, disappointed older kids due to the water park not being fully operational.

Hotel and beach were great. Water park included was good. Only real drawback was the two larger water slides were down. That said the cost and per friendly position were chief selling points for us.
