Bridge Vista Beach - Hotel & Convention Center

Would recommend to friends and family for sure in stead of staying in St. Ignace!!!!

Clean room, comfortable beds

I don’t think hotels.com should ever book this hotel for anyone. Dirty everywhere, would have walked away but needed a room. Had small grandkids with us and after a long day of sightseeing and they were looking forward to the waterpark—WOW pool area was unkept, unsanitary,water was green and dirty& NO TOWELS AVAILABLE.

Staff was friendly. Very nice beach area but lots of spiders on chairs. The hotel provides coupons for breakfast offsite but breakfast is pricey. Waterpark was very disappointing. It is in need of upgrades, cleaning, etc. The large water slides were not open and the lazy river water looked disgusting. The little kid area was the nicest area of the water park.

The room carpet felt dirty and damp. The blankets felt damp as well.

The staff was very helpful at check in and gave us a second day at a good price. They offered a shuttle to the boat docks when they heard us making plans to head over there.

We picked this property because of the waterpark...there were many google reviews with water slides, what they dont tell you is those water park slides no longer work. We got to the hotel at 1:08am. Checkes in, when we got to our room the smell of musty old carpet is what we encountered but we had been up all day and just wanted to go to bed. The next day we got up went to eat, the staff took our dirty towels, we asked for an air freshner for the room he either didn't understand or just disnt care because he never came back. Later that afternoon we went to what they call a water park and seen green water in the lazy river... and next to the lazy river a almost drained section where the slides would have dropped into..not blockes or taped off!!! Very unsafe!!!! My 13 year old tried to go to the little waterpark area but one slide was blocked off there as well and no water running down the slides.... you also have to sign a waiver basically saying of you get hurt you can't sue the hotel even though they have unsafe areas wide open. Talkes to the manager on Saturday morning and she basically told us since we booked through expedia all she could so was cancel our stay for that night...now mind you its already the weekend hotels were booked all around us and we had plans to go to the island and bought our tickets already. So no we werent having the manager cancel our reservation to go try to find another hotel for the night. There's a limit on words so i can't finish my review.

Worst hotel room I’ve ever been in and we are frequent travelers for many years. Your website rated with 7.8 stars - totally false. Room was dirty - dust on all the surfaces. Furnishings were very old and outdated - lampshades were all faded and discolored. Discovered in morning a spider walking on outside of lampshade by beds and found a large spider web inside the shade. Subsequently found webs in the other lampshades. Door handles loose, lock on sliding glass door loose. The shower head was all rusty and corroded metal where water was coming out. The rug was dark and looked like it had never been cleaned. I couldn’t sleep all night thinking about how dirty the room was. We selected this room while on the road that same day because our reservation at another hotel was canceled due to a lack of electricity. We relied on your rating and it was false. Will never use Expedia again.

Decent place to stay. Room with a view was nice. Could use some updates.

Hands out one of my worst experiences I have had as far as a hotel stay anywhere. The waterpark inside was absolutely disgusting. The lazy river and half of the waterpark was shut down with green looking water and condemned looking. I signed up for pay when I arrive service through Expedia and they charged my card prior to arrival the day before. Would never stay here again. I’d highly recommend people look elsewhere because they have a completely filthy hotel and their waterpark is not functionable!!!
