Days Inn by Wyndham Ottawa West

Staff were amazing. Room and hotel very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Squeaky doors need some oil. It would have been nice to have a tea/coffee machine or a little coffee shop in the lobby.

An older property but clean and quiet, it worked for what we wanted. Good beds and the air condition worked well.

The staff was not helpful . No breakfast provided, coffee only for 2 hours in the morning.

This hotel is definitely showing its age One wall socket near bed So you can only plug in device There are others but by bed is more convenient You must have have your own USB connector block A/C is old and noisy Beds were comfy NOTE the hotel is also housing refugees But they were all great especially the kids Full of energy It just surprised me But it’s a great thing for these families Getting started

My spouse and I had an awful experience at this hotel. We checked in, went up to our room, unpacked and went out to dinner. When we returned, there was water leaking from the toilet and a strong odour was present. We informed the front desk and next morning were moved to another room. I contacted Expedia regarding the matter and they indicated that the hotel would not confirm details. I contacted hotel management through the Expedia App and was assured that the incident would be investigated. Over a week has now passed with no further action by hotel managment. An unfortunate experience...

Great location, needs lot of repairs

Bathroom was not clean , there was hair all over the shower wall
