This hotel does not offer hotel transportation like it says on the site .. it's a 90 euros trip from airport to hotel and have to pay 60 euros back .. ended up paying same for taxis then the room cost .. hotel does not reimburse you they've ayleen it up to the company used to book it .. and have to pre-order taxi back to airport had to wait an hour almost missed my flight

We stayed 3 nights before flying out, after 3 weeks auto touring and skiing. Big parking lot and centrally located (Delft was especially nice-sized town). It has a bird park (great for kids) and lots of natural habitat. Not within walking to Leiden. Close to airport. Big rooms, bathroom and balcony for easy packing for flight out.

Our stay was very pleasant. This was the second time that we've stayed at this hotel. It is very spacious and has a great breakfast in the morning.

Room has a very poor, old, scratched furniture and right above garage. No minibar. On the good side the guard was waiting for us to arrive till 05h00am.

Took us a little time to find the hotel but worth it. Our room was in the annex across from the main building and was a little tired it also had no fridge in the room.Breakfast was very good and check out was very easy.

We loved it here but would also love to see coffee in the lobby early in the morning. Had trouble renting enough bikes on day #1.

We chose this hotel because we knew it from living close by several years ago. The food is good and the general ambience is quiet and it is frequented by the local middle to older age group. It is on the 45/46 bus route that travels from Leiden Central Station to The Hague Central Station which run every 10 to 15 mins during the week and every half hour at weekends in both directions. We like a soft bed and the beds in this hotel are nice and soft. There was plenty of hot water and the room had a bath and separate shower. We were automatically given 2 electronic keys when we checked in. We stayed for 5 nights and paid separately for breakfast on one morning. Breakfast is very good, but if you don't want a lot it is not cheap. There are many places in Leiden where you can get a good breakfast. You should try the Dutch speciality 'uitsmijter' which is toast with ham and cheese and fried eggs on top - delicious!

I was to. Stay for a daily rate of 94 euros but I was charged 130.00 euros so l won't. Stay there again.
