Sunset Bay Resort & Suites

the lake beach is a really nice set up. the indoor pool and jacuzzi is also very enjoyable.

the arcade room should be free. no breakfast or food offered. the rooms are pretty dated. we are expected to wash dishes upon checking out.

Staff was excellent at check-in and check-out! Friendly and efficient. Otherwise I did not interact with them. Room was spacious, bathroom was a little small/tight. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, close to all the Dell's attractions, restaurants and yet quiet in the evening. The hotel is on the lake , a beautiful setting, and great opportunities for recreational activities. Pool and lake for kids to have fun. Parking was ample and easy.

Room A/C was a little noisy, but not too bad. Coffee cups were small and coffee was weak, but I'm typically a strong coffee drinker. As mentioned above, bathroom was a little small.

This is a family place and it’s always very relaxing and laid back.

The room wasn’t as clean as it was the last time we stayed, but I also understand there be a shortage in staff. The sheets on the bed that folds out from the couch hadn’t been changed and there was some left under the counter. Nothing major, and still overall a great place to stay.

Attractive exterior. Not too far from activities.

I requested the two bedroom family suite with a fireplace and patio and got a small one bedroom suite. The floor was dirty. The wall was cracked. The door frame was broken and not secure. The beds were uncomfortable. We left after the first night and just ate the expense of the remaining two nights.

Everything was awesome. The guy playing guitar every night was cool while we were there.
