Nice place. Good set up. Quiet.

Had a family emergency. Staff at front desk would not consider refunding us one night of our stay as we had a family emergency and had to check out one day early. Of course we understand rules are rules, but there was no consideration for the human aspect of the situation.

"Comfortable condo, and could use some updates"

We enjoyed the proximity to the bus station and base village. The property is quiet. The condo is well stocked and has a great deck (ours overlooked the pool).

The condo could really use an update (new carpet, some paint, pictures, etc). For the cost of the condo, guests could use fresh bedding on the beds - switching to a duvet cover is pretty simple and would go a long way. Sleeping on bedding (comforter and middle blanket) that isn’t clean for every guest is so unsanitary.
